How to install the Energysilence 450 Windlite Pro ceiling fan?

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Fix the bracket to the ceiling, connect the wires (phase, neutral, ground) according to the diagram provided in the manual, then assemble the blades and the cover. Use the included mounting kit.

How to use the remote control?

Insert batteries (AAA) into the compartment. Use the buttons to turn on/off, adjust speed (6 levels), activate reverse function, or set the timer. The receiver is integrated into the fan.

How to reverse the fan rotation direction?

Press the reverse button (arrow icon) on the remote control. In summer, blades rotate counterclockwise to create a cooling breeze. In winter, clockwise to redistribute heat (winter mode).

The fan is noisy, what to do?

Check that the blades are properly screwed and balanced. Ensure the bracket is firmly fixed to the ceiling. If noise persists, contact customer service. The DC motor is designed to be silent (≤25 dB).

2. Before use

This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. Installation

Base assembly (Fig. 2)

Insert the outer tube (12) into the round base (13), ensuring the positioning screw (14) is aligned with the base.
Loosen the height adjustment ring (11), adjust the height of the inner tube (10), then retighten the ring securely.

CAUTION: The height adjustment ring must be completely tightened before mounting the motor head unit onto the stand.

Fan blade and grille assembly (following the sequence in Fig. 1)

Remove the fixing nut (2) from the motor head unit by turning it clockwise. Then remove the plastic nut (4) by turning it anticlockwise.
Place the rear grille (5) onto the motor head unit.
Screw the plastic nut (4) clockwise to secure the rear fan grille (5) to the motor head unit.
Install the fan blades (3) onto the motor shaft. Ensure that the blade slot engages with the retaining pin on the motor shaft.
Place the fixing nut (2) onto the motor shaft, turning it anticlockwise to secure the blades (3).
Firmly secure both grilles (1 and 5) by joining them together with the plastic connecting clips, then tighten the retaining screws to fully secure the grilles.

4. Operation

Speed settings:

The speed is controlled using the four buttons.

0- Off, 1- Low speed, 2- Medium speed, 3- High speed (from bottom to top)

Oscillation:

To make the fan oscillate horizontally, press the oscillation button. To stop oscillation, pull this same button upwards.

The airflow can be adjusted up or down by loosening the tilt adjustment knob and adjusting the vertical angle as desired. Retighten the knob firmly.

The fan height can be adjusted by loosening the height adjustment ring, carefully raising or lowering the fan, and tightening the ring securely.

5. Cleaning and maintenance

● Before cleaning and maintenance, disconnect the plug from the mains socket.
- To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor, keep the ventilation grilles located at the rear of the motor housing free from dust, lint, etc. A vacuum

cleaner cannot be used to clean these grilles without first unplugging the appliance. Do not disassemble the fan to remove lint.

Clean exterior parts with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent. Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents to avoid scratching the surface.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to enter the motor housing or internal components.
