SOMMAIRE
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.
- All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- This device is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the appliance marking and that the wall outlet is earthed.
- Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the cable is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Cecotec Technical Support Service in order to avoid any type of danger.

Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the device in water or any other liquid or expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the device.

If the appliance falls accidentally into water, unplug it immediately. Do not touch the water!
- Do not operate the device if any fault or unusual sign is detected.
- Do not operate the product next to combustible or explosive gas.
- The appliance must not be placed immediately below a socket.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other parts of the body away from the openings and moving parts of the device.
- Make sure the appliance is placed on a flat and stable surface and do not move it during operation.
- Do not use the appliance near a window or places where it could get wet (at least 2 metres away), as water could cause an electric shock.
- Do not operate the product under or next to curtains.
- Do not cover the air inlet and outlet and do not place the product's cord under carpets or other objects during operation. Keep the front, back, and sides of appliance at a minimum safety distance from walls and other objects.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.
- It is not recommended to use the product with an extension cord.
- Always turn off and unplug the device when not in use and before assembling, disassembling, or moving it. Pull from the plug, not the cable, to disconnect it from the outlet.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks should be carried out according to this manual to ensure the correct operation of the device.
- Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION
Switch-on
To switch on the cooler, press any of the speed mode buttons. The cooler will operate at the selected speed.
Speed
To adjust the speed, press any of the speed buttons. Each press will adjust the speed as follows:
- |① : low speed/ECO
- ||: medium speed
- ||| : high speed
Oscillation
Press the ⬇ button to activate the oscillation function. The cooler will start to oscillate.
Press the button again to stop oscillation.
Cool function
- When the cooler is in operation, press the ✿ button to activate the cool function.
- Press the button again to turn off the function.
Note: when the water tank level is low, the Cool function will not work. You will need to add more water to the tank.
Adding water to the water tank
- Remove the water tank, located at the back of the cooler, and fill it with clean water.
- When refilling the water tank, please observe the water level marks.
- Make sure that the water level is below the "Max" mark.
- For the cooler to cool, the water level must be above the "Min" mark.
- If you want to make it even cooler, you can put cold packs or ice cubes in the water tank.
WARNING:
- The water level in the tank must be below the "Max" mark, even if cold packs or ice cubes have been added.
- Do not add water while the appliance is running.
Using cold packs
In addition to cooling, cold packs absorb heat from the water. Therefore, if you use them, the air coming out of the cooler will be colder.
- Put the cold packs in the freezer. When frozen, take them out.
- Remove the water tank and put the cold packs.
- Two cold packs are included with the cooler.
ENGLISH
NOTE: put the cold packs carefully so as not to damage the cooling system. NOTE: do not ingest ice from cold packs and do not let children play with them.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the dust filter

- Unplug the cooler.
- Remove the dust filter from its bracket manually.
- Clean it with a neutral soap and a soft brush.
- Rinse with clean water.
- When it is clean, dry it and put it back in the cooler.
Cleaning the cooling pad
- The cooling pad can be seen by removing the dust filter.
- Remove it.
- Clean it with a neutral soap and a soft brush and then rinse it with clean water.
- When it is clean, dry it and put it back in the cooler.
NOTE:
Place the cooling pad carefully to avoid any leakage.
Cleaning the water tank

- Unplug the device.
- Remove the water tank and clean it with neutral soap.
- Rinse well with clean water. After drying, place it back in the cooler.
Cleaning mineral deposits
To reduce/remove mineral deposit build-up in the water tank, you can follow the recommendations below:
- Use demineralised or distilled water.
- Follow the following procedure on both water tanks at least once a month:
o Make sure the cooler is unplugged. - Use specific descaling liquid for cleaning coolers and follow the instructions on the liquid.
- Make sure that the inside of the tank is clean and dry before reassembly.
- Replace the water tank and store the cooler in a safe and dry place.
Cleaning the housing
Clean the housing with neutral soap and a soft cloth.
NOTE:
To clean the cooler, disconnect it from the power supply and make sure that no part of the control panel comes into contact with water.

6. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES
