CUTTING EDGE: ANOTHER WORLD FIRST FROM METABO!

With a choice of 4 blade options the tool-less Metabo Quick blade change system is a world first for hedge trimmers. It offers two distinct advantages from the off: on one hand, you can replace your blunt blade yourself without having to bring the whole machine in for servicing; on the other, you can cover several uses with one machine - trim large surfaces with a long blade, cover all your general jobs with a medium blade or choose a shorter blade for more delicate, intricate work. Metabo. Work. Don't play.

METABO IS SIMPLY A CUT ABOVE THE REST.

Once again Metabo are setting new standards in hedge trimming. In order to meet the varying demands of the hedge trimmer market we have divided our new models into three classes - a top, middle and standard class. The top class boasts a world first with its toolless "Quick" blade change system. The middle class incorporates the patented Metabo handle which increases the cutting reach by up to 50% compared to conventional designs (as does the

top class). Where as the standard class provides a compact light weight solution, while still retaining some the features and benefits of the upper classes. In essence Metabo hedge trimmers stand out in all three classes by virtue of their performance, ergonomics and innovation. Robust motors, laser cut diamond-ground blades and excellent features are just some of the reasons why they are the first choice for many professionals the world over.

The patented Metabo handle

offers 50% more reach by means of an extra switch on the back handle. You can reach higher without having to abandon the safe two-hand operation.

The 8-mm safety zone of the lower blade makes cutting even safer.

mechanical quick braking

This kicks in when one of the two hand switches are not depressed. This makes it virtually impossible for you to accidentally reach into the blade while it is running.
