How to use the Nebula station to automatically empty the bin?

Place the vacuum on the Nebula station. The station detects the vacuum and automatically empties the dust bin into the station's collection bag. The process takes about 10 seconds.

How to clean the HEPA filter of my Conga Rockstar 10000?

Remove the HEPA filter located on top of the bin. Wash it with warm water and let it dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Do not use detergent.

What to do if the vacuum does not charge?

Check that the station is plugged in and the vacuum is correctly positioned. Check the charging contacts. If the problem persists, contact Cecotec customer service.

Can the vacuum be used in handheld mode?

Yes, press the release button to separate the main body from the tube. You can then use the vacuum as a handheld vacuum for upholstered surfaces or stairs.

How to manually empty the dust bin?

Press the bin release button, remove it and empty the contents into a trash bin. You can also wash it with warm water. Make sure it is dry before reattaching.

Why does the vacuum stop during use?

This may be due to overheating (let it cool down for 30 minutes) or a discharged battery. Recharge the vacuum on the station. If the problem persists, check for blockages in the duct.

What is the maintenance of the motorized brush?

Regularly clean the bristles and remove hair or threads wrapped around the roller. Use the provided safety scissors if necessary. The brush can be washed with water.

How to replace the battery?

The battery is removable and is located behind the bottom panel. Unscrew the cover screws, disconnect the old battery and connect the new one. Only use original Cecotec batteries.

What to do if the station does not suck dust?

Check that the station's collection bag is not full. Replace it if necessary. Make sure the duct between the station and the vacuum is clean and not obstructed.

Is the vacuum suitable for hard floors and carpets?

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
• This device is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
• The device must only be supplied at a safety extra-low voltage in accordance with the voltage indicated on the device.

3. OPERATION

Motorised brush

Motorised brush to clean hard floors, tiles or short pile carpets, etc. It is recommended to use it with a metal extension tube for a better experience.

Corner head

It must be inserted into the tube and secured in place. It can be used to vacuum ceilings, shelves, computer keyboards and corners or junctions that are not easy to clean.

Round head

1. It can be used to clean desks, worktops, sofas, short bristle carpets, etc.
2. When connected to the metal tube, it can be used to clean the ceiling, curtains, and other high places.

Usage

Assembly

First align the battery and the main unit. Then, slid them in, you will hear a click. This indicates that the assembly has been carried out correctly.

Disassembly

Press the battery release button first and then push it forward to remove the battery.

When using a new battery or a battery being used for the first time after prolonged storage, charge it fully. When storing the device for a long time without using it, be sure to charge and discharge it at least once every three months.

Assembly

Use the end that has no button and attach it into the main unit. When you hear a “click” this means that the assembly has been carried out correctly.

Disassembly

Press the dust-tank cover release button and remove the tank.

Use the end that has no button and attach the floor brush. When you hear a "click" this means that the assembly has been carried out correctly.

Disassembly

Press the floor brush release button and pull out the tube.

Assembly

Select either end of the support rod to align it with the base and insert it straight in. Then, take the bottom of the self-emptying base and align it with the support rod; insert it straight in. After inserting it into place, installation is complete.

Disassembly

Hold the base, lift the self-emptying base to remove it and then remove the support rod from the base to complete disassembly.

Usage

The vacuum cleaner can be directly charged on the self-emptying base. Pay attention to the position of the charging pin (it is not necessary to remove the dust tube and floor brush).

Start

Press the power button to switch on the main unit. It starts operating in Auto mode by default.

Suction level

The vacuum cleaner has 4 suction power levels: 3 standard levels and 1 turbo level. Press the 88 button shortly. Adjustable cyclical levels: Eco - Auto - High. Press and hold 88 for 2 seconds to activate the Turbo power level which can be used to clean bigger dirt. After releasing the button for 1 second, the machine will automatically return to the previous level.

Note: the maximum duration of the Turbo power level is 15 seconds.

Switch-off

Press the power button to switch off the vacuum cleaner.

Note: the button is a small button that can be switched on/off with a light touch.

Charging

The vacuum cleaner can be directly charged on the self-emptying base. Pay attention to the position of the charging pin (it is not necessary to remove the dust tube and floor brush).

Dust collection

When the vacuum cleaner is placed on the self-emptying base, the dust tank cover will open automatically. In that moment, press and hold the mode change button 88 for 1 second to start the automatic dust collection function. The dust collection time lasts 15 seconds.

Note: make sure that the dirt-disposal bag is installed before starting dust collection.

Wipe the surface of the machine with a damp cloth after wringing it out to prevent water from entering the machine.

Disassembly

Press the dust tank release buttons at the same time on both sides of the main unit to remove the dust tank.

Note: after washing the HEPA filter and filter sponge, dry them before use. (Do not expose them to the sun)

1. Install the filter elements in the order shown below.
2. Place the entire filter assembly into the dust tank from above. Pay attention to the square opening in the side of the filter assembly and the dust collection port of the dust tank.
3. Place the sponge and HEPA filter over the filter assembly in sequence. Note: The side of the HEPA filter with the cord is facing upwards.

1. Fit the dust tank clip onto the main motor clip and make sure it is in place.
2. Push the bottom of the dust tank inwards in the direction shown in the figure until you hear a click.

Note: the dirt-disposal bag must be pushed down to avoid air leakage.

1. TROUBLESHOOTING

	Charging indicator light does not light up during charging	Charging terminal is not fully inserted at the DC end.	Fully insert the charging terminal into the charging port.
	Short battery life	Not charged enough.	Fully charge the battery according to the instructions in the charging section.
		Battery life is deteriorating.	The battery is a consumable item and can be replaced by contacting customer service during the warranty period.
	Floor brush is blocked	Bad contact between floor brush and dust tube/bad contact between dust tube and main unit.	Make sure the contact is firm and then restart the machine.
		The floor brush is blocked, and a large volume of foreign objects are being inhaled.	Clean the floor brush tangle.
		The floor brush is blocked, and the rotating brush is wrapped with too many fibres.
		The floor brush is defective.	Go to the designated maintenance point for replacement or return for repair.
		The fan does not work properly.	Check if the suction port is blocked and remove the blockage.
			If the main unit is hot, turn it off and let it stand for a while before use.
	Air outlet is hot	Filter assembly is blocked.	Clean the dust tank and HEPA filter.
Self-emptying base	Self-emptying base is not working.	Power cable is loose.	Make sure the power cable is installed in place.
		The yellow light is always on, the dirt-disposal bag is full.	Replace the dirt-disposal bag for a new one.
		Yellow light flashes, dirt-disposal bag is not installed / dirt-disposal bag is not installed properly.	Install the dirt-disposal bag properly.
		Red light is always on, self-emptying base cover is not in place.	Install the self-emptying base cover in its place.
		Red light flashes slowly, air duct is blocked.	Clean the blockages in the suction port and the fan port of the self-emptying base.
		Red light flashes rapidly and the fan does not rotate.	Go to the designated maintenance point for replacement or return for repair.
