Tips for Keeping Food in the Unit
- Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator, so that it is not in contact with or drip onto other food. Cooked meats/fishes should always be stored on a shelf above raw meats/fishes to avoid bacterial transfer. Keep raw meats/fishes in a container which is large enough to collect juices and cover it properly. Place the container on the lowest shelf. Leave space around your food, to allow air to circulate inside the unit. Ensure all parts of the unit are kept cool. ◆ To prevent transfer of flavors and drying out, pack or cover the food separately. Fruit and vegetables do not need to be wrapped. ◆ Always let pre-cooked food cool down before you put in the unit. This will help to maintain the internal temperature of the unit. ◆ To avoid contamination of the food, please respect the following instructions:
- Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance.
- Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems.
- Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48h; flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days.

First Start
Cleaning Before Use
Wipe the inside of the unit with a weak solution of bicarbonate of soda. Then rinse with warm water using a wrung-out sponge or cloth. Wash the shelves and salad bin in warm soapy water and dry completely before replacing them in the unit.
Clean the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. If you require more information, refer to the Cleaning section.

Before Plugging In
You must check that you have a socket that is compatible with the plug supplied with the unit.
Before Turning On!
Do not turn on until one hour after moving the unit.
The refrigerator should run for 2 to 3 hours before loading fresh or frozen foods; in summer, it should run for more than 4 hours in advance, considering that the ambient temperature is high.
Operation
Temperature Control Panel
Connect the freezer to the power supply, and the "POWER" indicator will light up.

After power on, the "POWER" indicator light will be lit (green). The area where the temperature controller knob points to
"COOLING" is the refrigeration area, and "FREEZING" is the frozen area;
When the temperature controller knob is turned clockwise,
the temperature inside the freezer decreases;
When the temperature controller knob is turned counterclockwise, the temperature inside the freezer increases;
Please refer to the schematic diagram to identify the
"recommended gear".
WARNING: In the lowest thermostat position, although the freezer is not cooling, it does not mean that the device is disconnected from the power supply. For cleaning and maintenance, to disconnect the power supply, pull the power plug out of the socket!
Noise Inside the Unit!
You may notice that your unit makes some unusual noises. Most of these are perfectly normal, but you should be aware of them!
These noises are caused by the circulation of the refrigerant liquid in the cooling system. It has become more pronounced since the introduction of CFC-free gases. This is not a fault and will not affect the performance of your unit. This is the compressor motor working, as it pumps the refrigerant around the system.
Change the Light Bulb (if exists)
The LED lamp must be replaced by authorized service. Please contact authorized service or manufacturer.
Maintenance
Cleaning

Please unplug the freezer for defrosting and cleaning.
Dust behind the freezer and on the ground should be cleaned promptly to improve cooling efficiency and save energy.
The interior of the freezer should be cleaned regularly to avoid odors. Soft towels or sponges dipped in water and non-corrosive neutral detergents are recommended for cleaning. The freezer should be finally cleaned with clean water and a dry cloth. Open the door for natural drying before turning on the power.

◆ Remove all the shelves. ◆ Wipe the inside of the unit with a weak solution of bicarbonate soda, then rinse with warm water using a wrung-out sponge or cloth. Wipe completely dry before replacing the shelves and salad bin.
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior, then wipe with a standard furniture polish. Make sure the door is closed to avoid the polish getting on the magnetic door seal or inside the unit.
◆ The grille of the condenser (if present) at the back of the unit and adjacent components can be vacuumed using a soft brush attachment.
Cleaning Tips
Condensation may appear on the outside of the unit. This may be due to a change in room temperature. Wipe off any moisture residue.
In the summer months, with high temperature and humidity in the air, a certain amount of ice can accumulate along the inner edges of the freezer. This is a normal phenomenon. In such conditions, do not open the freezer door unless absolutely necessary and remove the excessive amount of ice.
If the problem continues, please contact a qualified technician for assistance.
Do not use hard brushes, steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives (such as toothpastes), organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, banana oil, etc.), boiling water, or acid or alkaline items to clean the refrigerator, as this may damage the fridge surface and interior.
Do not rinse with water so as not to affect the electrical insulation properties. Please use a dry cloth when cleaning lighting lamps, temperature control knob, and electrical components.
Defrost
Defrost the freezing compartment whenever the layer of frost on the surface of the evaporator reaches 3 or 4 mm.
- Set the thermostat at "OFF" position and disconnect the freezer from the main supply.
- Remove drawers with frozen food, store frozen food in a cold place.
- Open the outflow holes and drainage holes; indoor doors will naturally melt.
- Wipe the water with a dry, soft cloth.
- You can use an ice scraper to remove frost or ice.
- After the frost has melted, discard the melted water and clean all the interior.
- Dry up the interior.
- Put drawer-basket into compartment and put back frozen foods.
- Plug in freezer on main supply and turn thermostat to the desired setting.
It is recommended that you use frozen food as soon as possible.

Do not use metal utensils or electric heater for defrost so as not to damage the appliance.
Please remove the food and put it in a cool place when defrosting before removing drawers and other accessories.
Switching Off for Long Periods of Time
Foods can be preserved for a couple of hours even in summer in case of power failure; it is recommended to reduce the frequency of opening the door and do not put fresh foods into the freezer.
When the unit is not in use for a long period of time, disconnect it from the mains supply, empty all food and clean the appliance. Keep the door open to avoid bad odor.

Continuous operation is recommended when the freezer is started.
Please do not move the freezer under normal circumstances so as not to affect the refrigerator's service life.
Frequently asked questions
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the after-sale service department if the issues are not settled.
| Unit is not work | Whether the freezer is plugged and connected to power; Low voltage;Failure power or tripping circuit |
| Odor | Odorous foods should closely wrapped; Whether foods are rotten;Whether the interior shall be cleaned |

| Long-term operation of compressor | It is normal that refrigerator operates for longer time in summer when the ambient temperature is higher; Do not put too much food in the freezer at one time; Do not put foods until they are cooled;Frequent opening of refrigerator door.Thick frost layer (defrost is needed) |
| The refrigerator door cannot be properly closed. | The freezer door is stuck by food packages; Too much food; Tilt refrigerator. |
| Loud noises | Whether the food is leveled, whether the refrigerator is balanced;Whether the refrigerator parts are properly placed. |
Warm tips:
◆ The freezer enclosure may emit heat during operation, especially in summer. This is caused by the radiation of the condenser, and it is a normal phenomenon. ◆ Condensation: Condensation may be detected on the exterior surface and door seals of the freezer when the ambient humidity is high. This is a normal phenomenon, and the condensation can be wiped away with a dry towel. Airflow sound: Refrigerants circulating in the refrigerant lines will produce sounds of eruption and grunts, which is normal and does not affect the cooling effect. ◆ Buzz: A buzz will be generated by the running compressor, especially when starting up or shutting down. ◆ Clatter: The solenoid valve or electric switch valve may clatter, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the operation. Due to the humid and warm environment, ice may accumulate at the edges of the freezer compartment. This is normal. If necessary, remove the accumulated ice or defrost according to the instructions. During such weather conditions, avoid opening the door frequently.
Tips for energy savings
Try not to open the door too often, especially when the weather is wet and hot. Once you open the door, close it as soon as possible.
Every now and then check if the appliance is sufficiently ventilated (adequate air circulation behind the appliance).
In normal temperature conditions, please set the thermostat to the middle setting.
Before loading the appliance with packages of fresh food, make sure they are cooled to ambient temperature.
Ice and frost layer increase energy consumption, so clean the appliance as soon as the layer is 3-5 mm thick.
If it is the outer condenser, the rear wall should always be kept clean and free of dust or any impurities.
◆ The appliance should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat-producing appliances or heating ducts, and out of direct sunlight. ◆ Let hot foods cool to room temperature before placing them in the appliance. ◆ Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to run longer. ◆ Foods that freeze too slowly may lose quality or spoil. - Be sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before placing them in the appliance. This cuts down on frost build-up inside the appliance. ◆ The appliance storage bin should not be lined with aluminum foil, wax paper, or paper toweling. Liners interfere with cold air circulation, making the appliance less efficient. ◆ Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extended searches. ◆ Remove as many items as needed at one time, and close the door as soon as possible.
