Frequently Asked Questions - Z 09641 Cleanmaxx

How to empty the dust bag?
Unplug the vacuum. Open the bag compartment, remove the bag by pulling the tab, discard it and replace with a new one. Close the cover until it clicks.
How often should I clean the HEPA filter?
Wash the HEPA filter with warm water every 3 months or when the filter indicator lights up. Let it dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
The vacuum loses suction, what to do?
First check the dust bag: if it is full, replace it. Then check the filter and the hoses for any blockage. Clean the filter if necessary.
How to use the carpet brush?
Attach the carpet brush to the telescopic tube. Adjust the height of the nozzle according to the carpet type (long or short pile) using the lever provided.
The cord no longer rewinds properly?
Pull the cord completely, then gently press the rewinding pedal while guiding the cord. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Can I use the vacuum without a bag?
No, the model Z 09641 works with disposable dust bags. Never use the vacuum without a bag, as this would damage the motor.
How to replace the motor protection filter?
This filter is located behind the dust bin. Detach the holder, remove the old filter and insert the new one. It is recommended to change it every 6 months.
The vacuum heats up abnormally, is this normal?
A slight warming is normal, but if it becomes hot, turn off the power and check if the bag or filters are clogged. Otherwise, consult a professional.
How to clean the floor nozzle?
Remove the nozzle from the tube. Use a pair of scissors to cut any hair and threads wrapped around the brush. Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust.
Where to find spare parts?
You can order dust bags and filters online on the Cleanmaxx website or from your usual retailer. Use the reference CPX-1 for bags.
