Insert a microSD card (up to 32 GB, Class 10) into the slot with the metal contacts facing downward until it clicks. To remove, push the card in to release it.

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The device will automatically start recording when connected to a power source via the car charger.

Why does my dash cam keep restarting?

Ensure the USB cable and car charger are secure. If the battery is low and the power supply is unstable, the device may restart. Also, format the microSD card in the camera's settings.

How do I enable loop recording?

Go to the settings menu, select 'Loop Recording' and choose a duration (e.g., 1, 3, 5 minutes). The camera will overwrite the oldest files when the card is full.

Can I use the dash cam while parked?

Yes, with the included car charger connected to a continuous 12V outlet (or using a hardwire kit). Enable motion detection in settings to record only when movement is detected.

How do I format the microSD card?

In the camera's menu, select 'Format' and confirm. This will erase all data. Always format the card in the dash cam for optimal compatibility.
