Loop recording is enabled by default. In the settings menu, you can select video clip duration: 1, 3, or 5 minutes. The camera will overwrite the oldest files when the card is full.

Does it have built-in battery and how long does it last?

Yes, the DCAM-005 includes a 200 mAh Li-ion battery for temporary backup. It lasts approximately 10-15 minutes in parking mode.
