The housing allows using Wide-angle 1 (wide scenes, fish schools), Wide-angle 2 (fast subjects like dolphins), and Macro (close-ups of small subjects) modes. Select the mode via the camera in SCN mode.
How to clean the housing after use in the sea?
After removing the camera, close the empty housing and rinse it thoroughly with fresh water for 30 minutes to 1 hour to remove salt. Operate all buttons and levers underwater. Dry it in the shade with a lint-free cloth. Never use a hair dryer or solvents.
Can I use an external flash with the PT-051 housing?
Yes, you can use an external underwater flash UFL-1 or UFL-2 (UFL-2 compatible only with TG-810) via an optional fiber optic cable (PTCB-E02). Attach the supplied fiber optic adapter to the housing's diffuser.
