1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep this manual and override keys in a safe place (NOT INSIDE THE LOCKER)
Make sure that the locker is anchored properly as there is a possibility that it can fall and hurt people or property.

DO NOT use any liquid while cleaning the keypad, you could use a damp cloth if required.

DO NOT place any liquid on top of the safe, a spill on the keypad may render the safe inoperable.

DO NOT overstuff the safe or you can damage the motor mechanism or the contents.

DO NOT place the safe in direct sunlight in case of Biometric. For security purposes, you should change the factory default code i.e. Personal Code AND Master Code as soon as possible.

DO NOT open the back cover or try to repair the safe yourself. In case of any problem contact GSS call center at 1800 20 999 55.
Note: For security purposes, you should change the factory default code i.e. Personal Code, Master Code and default finger mode as soon as possible. Godrej Security Solutions shall not be responsible for only theft caused by such negligence.

UNLOCKING YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
To access your safe for the first time, please adhere to the following sequence:
- Use the mechanical override key provided.
Caution: After setting up the passwords, remove the emergency key and store it in a secure location.
5. BATTERY INSERTION

Replace the battery cover securely back onto the device.
6. USER CODE CONFIGURATION
- To set a new user code, the safe must be in the open condition. Press the 'SET' button once.
- The keypad backlight will turn ON, and the buzzer will emit 2 short beeps.
- Enter a new 4-8 digit user code and press the 'SET' button again to confirm the new user code.
- The buzzer will give one long beep, indicating that the user code has been set successfully.
- If you receive 3 long beeps from the safe, it indicates that the user code setting was unsuccessful.
Note: The default user code is 1234.
- Ensure that the safe is open
- Press the 'SET' button once
- Place your finger on the fingerprint sensor. Once you hear a “beep”, lift your finger from the sensor
- Place the same finger back on the sensor.
- Repeat this process three times until you hear a prolonged buzzer sound.
- The long beep indicates the successful setup of the fingerprint.
Note: The above process allows for the configuration of up to 20 unique fingerprints.
8. PROCESS TO UNLOCK THE SAFE WITH USER CODE OR FINGERPRINT

- Enter the correct password or Keep the enrolled finger over the fingerprint sensor to open the safe.
9. LOCKOUT MODE
- Every incorrect user code/ fingerprint attempt triggers the safe to emit 2 quick alarm beeps.
- Should there be four consecutive failed fingerprint entries, the safe engages its security protocol, locking itself for a span of 20 seconds. Simultaneously, an alarm will be activated for an equivalent duration.
- Post this 20-second interval, if there's another succession of four incorrect fingerprint entries, the safe escalates its security measures by entering a 'lockout' mode. This lasts for 60 seconds, accompanied by an alarm alert throughout its duration.
- It is important to note that during this heightened security phase, or 'lockout' period, the operational functionalities of the fingerprint identification module will be deactivated.
10. PROCESS TO SET I BUZZ ALARM
- Touch and hold button 1 (on Keypad) for 3 seconds.
- Initially, you will hear 1 short beep followed by one long beep, indicating that the vibration alarm is successfully turned on.
- If anyone tries to shake, move, or tamper with the safe, the safe will sound an alarm for 1 minute. To stop the alarm, please use the registered finger or set the user code.
Note: Once the safe is open, it is mandatory to activate the I buzz alarm every time using the above procedure.
11. LOW VOLTAGE ALERT
- After opening the safe, if the keypad backlight starts flashing 6 times and simultaneously gives 6 shot beeps, It indicates a low battery indication to the user.
- For seamless functionality of the locker, please replace the batteries immediately.
12. PROCESS TO RESET THE SAFE TO FACTORY SETTING

- Wait for a long beep to confirm the successful reset.
- The long beep sound indicates that the safe has been set back to its factory condition.
Note:
Don't keep your safe in factory set condition. In factory set condition anyone can operate the safe.
13. REPLACING THE BATTERIES

⑤ Dispose of the used batteries in an environmentally friendly manner.
⑥ Keep the safe door open and ensure the safe is working fine.
14. EMERGENCY OVERRIDE KEY
- Locate the key cover on the left side of the touchpad.
- Press the provided key protection cover using the mechanical key provided.
- Insert the key into the cylinder and turn clockwise to open the door.
- Once the door is open, follow the instructions in the operation section to set your fingerprint/user code.
Warning:
- Keep the override key in a safe place outside the safe.
• These keys are for emergency use only.
15. INFORMATION ON E-WASTE HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT
Dear Customer,
The Ministry of Environment and Forests have published The E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 which comes in effect from 1st May 2012.
E-waste is defined as any electrical or electronic component of products in whole or in part, or rejects from their manufacturing or repair process which are intended to be discarded.
These rules apply to every producer; consumer or bulk consumer involved in the manufacture, sale, and purchase and processing of electrical and electronic equipment or components as specified in Schedule 1 (please refer to our website www.godrej.com under the 'Green Think' sec of Godrej Security Solutions Division Page for more details).
Under these rules, specific roles and responsibilities are defined for producers, consumers and recycles handling and managing e-waste.
E-waste is to be managed in an environmentally sound manner which means, taking steps to ensure that health and environment are protected from adverse effects of hazardous substance contained in such wastes.
Rule 6 of the E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 states that bulk consumers of electrical and electronic equipment shall be responsible for recycling of the e-waste generated by them. Bulk consumer means bulk users of electronic and electrical equipment such as Central Government or State Government Departments, public sector undertakings, banks, educational institutions, multinational organisations, and international agencies, private companies that are registered under the Factories Act, 1948 and Companies Act, 1956. The bulk consumers have to ensure that the e-waste generated by them is channelised to authorised collection centres or is taken back by the producers. They shall maintain records of e-waste generated by them in Form 2 and make such records available for scrutiny by the State Pollution Control or the Pollution Control Committee concerned.
All consumers of electrical and electronic equipment irrespective of their status as bulk consumers or not, shall ensure that e-waste generated by them is channelized to authorized collection centres (s) or registered dismantler(s), or recycler(s) or is returned to the pick-up/take back services provided by the producers. All our products intended to be recycled under the category of e-waste (as defined above) carry a label or stamp of the WEEE symbol (A wheelie bin with a cross), which states that it falls under the hazardous waste category and is not to be disposed of along with normal garbage.
