Press the Menu button, enter the admin PIN, select User Management > Add Fingerprint, then place your finger on the sensor three times until the device beeps.

What is the default admin PIN?

The default admin PIN is 123456. Change it immediately after first use for security.

How do I reset the system to factory settings?

Press and hold the Reset button (inside the device) for 10 seconds. All settings and fingerprints will be erased.

Why does the device not recognize my fingerprint?

Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Place it flat on the sensor. If it still fails, re-enroll your finger from a different angle.

Can I use the alarm without biometrics?

Yes, you can use the PIN code for entry/exit. The alarm can be set to trigger on door contact or motion detection.

How do I connect an external siren?

Connect the external siren to the ALARM+ and ALARM- terminals. The relay activates when an alarm event occurs.

What does the low battery warning mean?

A continuous beep and a Low Battery message on the display indicate the backup batteries need replacement. Replace with 4 fresh AA alkaline batteries.

Can I integrate this with a home automation system?

It supports Wiegand output for connection to access controllers. For home automation, use the RS485 interface with a compatible bridge.
