How do I factory reset my Godrej EVE Pro?

Press and hold the reset button on the back panel for 10 seconds until you hear a long beep. All settings will be cleared.

Can I use the alarm system without Wi-Fi?

Yes, the system operates in standalone mode with local siren and keypad. However, mobile app notifications require Wi-Fi or GSM.

What sensors are compatible with EVE Pro?

The system supports Godrej wireless sensors: door/window, motion, smoke, gas, and water leak detectors. Each sensor must be paired via the control panel.

How do I add a new sensor?

Put the control panel into pairing mode by pressing the 'Learn' button. Then trigger the sensor (e.g., open door). The panel will confirm with a beep. Repeat for each sensor.

Does the EVE Pro have a battery backup?

Yes, it includes a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery that can power the system for up to 12 hours during a power outage.

Why does my motion sensor keep triggering false alarms?

False alarms can be caused by pets, moving curtains, or heat sources. Adjust sensitivity via the installer menu or reposition the sensor away from vents and windows.

Can I control the alarm remotely?

Yes, download the Godrej Smart Life app from iOS/Android stores. Connect the panel to your Wi-Fi and you can arm/disarm, view events, and receive push alerts.

How do I change the PIN code?

Enter the current master PIN (default 1234), press Arm + 9, then enter new 4-digit PIN and confirm. Test the new code before exiting.

What does the 'Tamper' alarm mean?

The tamper switch detects if the control panel or sensor cover is forcefully opened. This triggers a high-priority alarm to prevent sabotage.

How do I clean the control panel?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Avoid cleaning while powered on.

System Requirements

• Compatible with Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b/g/n standard
• This Wi-Fi camera supports 2.4GHz routers only
• In case of dual band router, check the FAQ's in app/on website for detailed instructions on setting up the camera with dual band routers
• At least 2Mbps dedicated bandwidth is required for each camera

Mounting

Before mounting, add the camera to your account in the mobile app

Remove the stickers on your Godrej EVE Pro Cam's lens and on the back of the camera. They're only there for protection during shipping and installation.

Make sure the location you've picked is close enough to a power outlet and is in the range of the router. Try holding the camera where you want it with the power cable and adapter plugged in. Check the live in from the camera in the Mobile app to adjust the camera's view.

Note: If you plan to mount the camera on something or at a height, make sure you are mounting it firmly to avoid the camera from toppling and getting damaged or causing any injuries.

To setup your camera's, download the Godrej ACE application and signup. The app will guide you thought the rest. You can view the camera feed using Godrej ACE Mobile application or by login into Godrej CMS via your windows desktop.

Under no circumstances Godrej will take onus to retrieve camera video recordings on cloud or on SD card. Godrej disclaims onus to retrieve cloud or SD card recording.

Important Instructions

• It is advised to power off the camera when not in use to ensure complete privacy. Godrej & Boyce will not be responsible for any unintended recording captured if the camera is powered on.
• All passwords associated directly and indirectly with the functioning of the Wi-Fi Camera system like Wi-Fi router password, Mobile Phone password, Godrej ACE app account password etc must be changed regularly and kept private.
• Do not share your Godrej ACE app account password with anyone.

INFORMATION ON E-WASTE HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT

Dear Customer,

The Ministry of Environment and Forests have published The E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 which comes in effects from 1st May 2012.

E-waste is defined as any electrical or electronic component of products in whole or in part, or rejects from their manufacturing or repair process which are intended to be discarded.

These rules apply to every producer; consumer or bulk consumer involved in the manufacture, sale, and purchase and processing of electrical and electronic equipment or components as specified in Schedule 1 (please refer to our website www.godrej.com under the “Green Think” section of Godrej Security Solutions Division Page for more details).

Under these rules, specific roles and responsibilities are defined for producers, consumers and recycles handling and managing e-waste.

E-waste is to be managed in an environmentally sound manner which means, taking steps to ensure that health and environment are protected from adverse effects of hazardous substance contained in such wastes.

Rule 6 of the E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 states that bulk consumers of electrical and electronic equipment shall be responsible for recycling of the e-waste generated by them. Bulk consumer means bulk users of electronic and electrical equipment such as Central Government or State Government Departments, public sector undertakings, banks, educational institutions, multinational organisations, and international agencies, private companies that are registered under the Factories Act, 1948 and Companies Act, 1956. The bulk consumers have to ensure that the e-waste generated by them is channelised to authorised collection centres or is taken back by the producers. They shall maintain records of e-waste generated by them in Form 2 and make such records available for scrutiny by the State Pollution Control or the Pollution Control Committee concerned.

All consumers of electrical and electronic equipment irrespective of their status as bulk consumers or not, shall ensure that e-waste generated by them is channelized to authorized collection centres (s) or registered dismantler(s), or recycler(s) or is returned to the pick-up/take back services provided by the producers. All our products intended to be recycled under the category of e-waste (as defined above) carry a label or stamp of the WEEE symbol (A wheelie bin with a cross), which states that it falls under the hazardous waste category and is not to be disposed of along with normal garbage.
