How to connect the KH 2349 headset?

Insert the 3.5 mm jack plug into the headphone jack of your device (smartphone, tablet, computer). Make sure the volume is set to a moderate level before starting to listen.

Microphone does not work, what to do?

Check that the plug is fully inserted into the combined or microphone jack. For computers, make sure the audio input device is correctly selected in the settings. Some devices require a four-pole plug (CTIA).

What ear tips are included and how to change them?

The headset comes with three sizes of silicone ear tips: small (S), medium (M), and large (L). To change them, carefully remove the old ear tip from the earpiece and push the new one on firmly.

Can I use this headset for sports?

The KH 2349 is a standard wired headset, not designed for intense sports use. It is not resistant to sweat or water. For sports, choose a wireless and waterproof model.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. The silicone ear tips can be removed and washed with warm soapy water, then dried completely before putting them back. Avoid any contact with liquids.

What to do if the sound is too weak or distorted?

• Insert the 3,5mm jack plug ③ into the socket on the playback device (e.g. CD-Player).
• Switch the playback device on and adjust the sound volume to minimum.

Caution!

Regular listening to loud music through headphones will lead to hearing damage.

• Place the Sport Headphones on your head. Take note of the markings ^ R^ (right) and ^ L^ (left) on the earplugs ② + ⑥ .
• Then adjust the sound volume on the playback device to the desired level.

Exchanging the ear cushions

• Select the ear cushions 4 suitable for your ears.
• Simply pull the old ear cushions ④ off of the ear plugs ② + 6 .
• Place the new ear cushions ④ over the pegs on the earplug ② + 6 such that the ear cushions ④ sit firmly on the earplugs ② + 6 .

Cleaning and Care

• Clean the Sport Headphones with a lightly moistened cloth. Never use aggressive cleansers. They can damage the surfaces.
• Remove the ear cushions to clean them. Clean the ear cushions with a mild soapy solution and rinse them with clear water. Dry the ear cushions well. Replace the ear cushions over the ear plugs only when they are completely dry.
• Ensure that no liquids can enter the interior of the Sport Headphones.

Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the European guideline 2002/96/EC.

Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your community waste facility.

Observe the currently applicable regulations.

In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

Problem:

• You cannot hear any sounds from your Sport Headphones.
  The sound volume regulator on the playback device is on the setting minimum. Increase the playback volume.
  The 3,5 mm jack plug ③ is not completely inserted into the socket on the playback device. Push the 3,5 mm jack plug ③ completely into the socket.
• You hear sounds in only one channel.

  The stereo balance regulator on the playback device is out of adjustment. Adjust it to the setting you desire.

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please make contact by telephone with our Service Department. Only in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material and manufacturing defects, but not for transport damage, for wearing parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for private use only and is not intended for commercial use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized service branch.

Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.

The warranty period will not be extended by repairs made unter warranty. This applies also to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant on purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking the appliance, at the latest, two days after the purchase date.
