Symbol Function Description

Oven light: allows the user to observe the cooking progress without opening the door.

Upper cooking element: The upper heating element is on for this function.

Conventional: The top and bottom work together for conventional cooking. The oven needs to be pre-heated to the required temperature and is ideal for single items, such as large cakes. Best results are achieved by placing the food in the centre of the oven.

Lower cooking element: A concealed element in the bottom of the oven provides a more concentrated heat to the base of the food without browning. This is ideal for slow cooking dishes such as casseroles, stews, pastries and pizzas, which require a crispy base.
2.2. Using the Product
Introduction
For the oven to work correctly, the kitchen unit housing must be suitable. The kitchen unit panels that are next to the oven must be of a heat resistant material. Make sure that the adhesives of veneered wood units can withstand temperatures of at least 120 °C. Plastics or adhesives that cannot withstand such temperatures will melt and deform the unit. Once the oven has been fitted inside the unit, the electric parts must be completely insulated. This is a legal safety requirement. All guards must be firmly fixed in place so that it is impossible to remove them without using special tools. Remove the back of the kitchen unit to ensure an adequate air flow circulating around the oven. The hob must have a rear gap of at least 45 mm.

How to Use
- Turn on: When the oven to be used in the “☐”, the food may catch fire if the cooking time is set too long. Close supervision is necessary during grilling and the time should not be set too long.
- NOTE: For cooking times under sixty minutes, first set to a longer time and then turn the switch back to the time you need.
- To set functions, turn the function knob to the required position.
- The oven will automatically start cooking after the function, time and temperature are set.
- To set the cooking time, turn the timer knob to the time required for your recipe. When the cooking time is up, the unit will "buzz" when it stops.
- To set the temperature, turn the temperature knob. If the unit is not in use, always set the knobs to "0".
Fitting the Oven into the Kitchen Unit
Fit the oven into the space provided in the kitchen unit; it can be fitted underneath a work top or into an upright unit. Fix the oven in position by screwing it into place using the two fixture holes in the frame. To locate the fixture holes, open the oven door and look inside. To allow adequate ventilation, the measurements and distances must be respected when fixing the oven.

Cleaning
- To keep the appliance in good and reliable condition, keep it clean. The unit's modern design keeps maintenance to a minimum. The parts of the unit which come into contact with food must be cleaned regularly.
