Operation

Paper holder Press Bowl Handle Release button

Clean all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water before using the hamburger machine. Dry thoroughly.

Preparation

Follow the manufacturers guidelines on the appropriate way to prepare the grease proof paper, these can be loaded into the paper holder.

Prepare the hamburger mix.

Making the hamburgers

1. Push the Handle fully back so that the Press has lifted out and to the side of the bowl.
2. Press the Release button so that the plate inside the bowl drops.
3. Place a piece of the grease proof paper inside the bowl.
4. Fill the bowl with the desired amount of mix.
5. Place a piece of greese proof paper on top of the mix.
6. Ensuring that fingers are away from the bowl, pull the handle forwards such that the Press compresses the mix.

WARNING: Fingers must be kept away from the Bowl during the Pressing process.

1. Push the handle fully back and the hamburger will lift out of the bowl.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

• Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents on the appliance. Use warm soapy water.
  • Always dry thoroughly after cleaning.
• A BUFFALO agent or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
