Radio and Television Interference

This computer equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio-frequency energy. If it is not installed and used properly—that is, in strict accordance with Apple's instructions—it may cause interference with radio and television reception.

Important: Changes or modifications to this product not authorized by Apple Inc. could void the EMC compliance and negate your authority to operate the product.

This product has demonstrated EMC compliance under conditions that included the use of compliant peripheral devices and shielded cables between system components. It is important that you use compliant peripheral devices and shielded cables (including Ethernet network cables) between system components to reduce the possibility of causing interference to radios, television sets, and other electronic devices.

Mouse Class 1 Laser Information

The Apple Magic Mouse is a Class 1 laser product in accordance with IEC60825-1 A1 A2 and 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice No. 50, dated July 26, 2001.

A Class 1 laser is safe under reasonably foreseeable conditions per the requirements in IEC 60825-1 AND 21 CFR 1040. However, it is recommended that you do not direct the laser beam at anyone's eyes.

External USB Modem Information
