BEFORE FIRST USE

Before assembling Stand Mixer, remove and safely put away any packaging material. Wash the mixing bowl, the beater, the dough hook and the whisk attachments in warm water with a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

ATTACHING THE MIXING BOWL

  1. Place one hand on top of the Mixer Head and with the other hand turn the lock switch to lift the Mixer Head up until it stops. Release the switch. The Mixer Head will lock into the elevated position. It is now easy to place the mixing bowl.
  2. Fit the bowl so that it aligns with the grooves in the appliance.
  3. To lock the mixing bowl turn it as indicated: Make sure that the mixing bowl is securely locked in place.

INSERTING DOUGH HOOK/BEATER/WHISK

  1. Align the chosen attachment so that the grooves on attachment align with the Attachment Shaft loca-ted under the Mixer Head. With some pressure, push the attachment towards the Mixer Head, compres-sing the Attachment Shaft spring upwards and turn the attachment. Make sure that the attachment is surely locked in place.

NOTE: It is important that the Dough Hook, the Beater or the Whisk attachment is securely locked into place on the Attachment Shaft or your Stand Mixer will not operate correctly.

REMOVING THE DOUGH HOOK/BEATER/WHISK

  1. Lifting up the Mixer Head, then hold onto the assembled attachment. With some pressure, push the attachment towards the Mixer Head, compressing the Attachment Shaft spring upwards and turn the attachment. Pull the attachment out from the Attachment Shaft to remove it from the Mixer Head.

ATTACHING AND REMOVING THE ANTI-SPURT LID

  1. Lift up the upper part of the Mixer Head until it locks into position.
  2. Insert the anti-spurt lid onto the attachment holder.
  3. Insert other attachment into the upper side of the mixer only after having fixed the lid.
  4. Remove first the attachment and then the anti-spurt lid from the mixer after use.

OPERATION GUIDE

To mix or Knead dough:

  • Flour and water at a ratio of 5:3.
    • Dry flour max: 600 g
  • Speed MIN-MID (60/95 rpm) for minimum 60 seconds, until 5 minutes until the dough forms.

- When filling the mixing bowl, do not exceed the maximum quantity.

Whisking egg whites or cream

  • Speed MAX (180 rpm), whisk the egg whites for about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs until solidification, at last 2 minutes.
    • Maximum quantity: 12 eggs.
    • Minimum quantity: 3 eggs.
  • For whipping cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed MAX (180 rpm) for about 5 minutes.
  • Do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.

Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids

  • Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, speed MIN-MID (60/95 rpm) for about 5 minutes.
  • Do not exceed the maximum quantity in the mixing bowl.
    • Maximum operating time 5 minutes.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

Voltage/frequency: 220—240V \~50/60Hz 1000W

  • Bowl capacity: 5 litres
  • Never use this appliance constantly for more than 10 minutes!
  • Re-Mark: The machine has 10 minutes automatically stop protection.
  • The max operation time per time shall not exceed 10 minutes and minimum 40 minutes rest time must be maintained between 2 consecutive cycles

The wattage rating for your stand mixer is printed on a tag under the mixer base. It is also listed on the trim band. If the power cord is too short, have a qualified electrician or serviceman install an outlet near the appliance. The maximum rating is based on the attachment that draws the greatest load (power). Other recommended attachments may draw scanty less power.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, please ensure that the Switch knob is at the "0" position and that the plug has been disconnected from the socket.

After use, allow the appliance to cool down before you start to clean it. To clean the exterior of the appliance, use a soft cloth and soapy water.

When cleaning the interior and exterior cover do not use any abrasive detergents or alcohol-based cle-aning products.

To clean the appliance, never immerse it in water.

The dough beater and mixer beater are not dishwasher safe.
