To do so, please carefully read the following operating instructions and the important safety information. Only use the hair straightener as described and only for the specified applications. Keep these instructions in a safe place. Include all documentation when passing the hair straightener on to others.

The hair straightener is intended to straighten and shape your hair. Do not use the hair straightener for artificial hair. The hair straightener is only intended for personal use, not for commercial purposes. Any use other than described above or modifying the hair straightener is prohibited and can result in injuries and / or damage to the hair straightener. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage caused by improper use. The hair straightener is not intended for commercial use.

ELECTRIC SHOCK AND IN-
JURY! Do not expose the hair straightener to shock and do not drop. Carefully check the hair straightener, mains plug and the power cord for signs of wear and / or damage before every use. Do not use the hair straightener if you see signs of wear or damage, or if the hair straightener was used improperly, and switch it off immediately in the event of defects or malfunctions. In this case, return it to the dealer before using it again. There is a danger of electric shock and injury.

Do not improperly use the power supply to carry,
hang up or to unplug the hair straightener from the mains. Do not allow the power cord to become trapped, kinked or twisted. Keep the hair straightener and
power cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges. If the power cord is damaged or severed, do not touch the power cord, but pull the mains plug out of the socket immediately. Damaged or tangled power cords increase the risk of electric shock.

on artificial hair. There is a fire hazard.
- Do not use any extension cables in the bathroom, so that in an emergency the mains plug can be reached quickly.
- When using the hair straightener in the bathroom, unplug after use as the proximity of water presents a hazard, even with the hair straightener switched off.
- Never immerse the hair straightener in water. Never reach for a device which has dropped into water and is still connected to the mains socket. Unplug immediately. For added protection we recommend installing an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) with a rated trigger current not to exceed 30 mA into the
electrical circuit. Ask your electrician for advice.
- Only connect the hair straightener to a socket matching the voltage specified on the nameplate.
■ Never open the hair straightener or attempt to repair the hair straightener yourself. Any modifications will void the warranty.
■ Only unplug the power supply from the socket by the mains plug.
■ Discontinue use of the hair straightener if it has been dropped or otherwise damaged. - Untangle the power cord if it becomes twisted.
- Do not use any additional parts, which have not been recommended or supplied as accessories by the manufacturer.
■ Repairs may only carried out only by qualified specialist personnel or in a workshop approved by the manufacturer. Improper repairs may result in considerable danger for the user.
Before use

Note: The hair straightener may become very hot depending on the time used. Only touch by the handle when hot.
There is a risk of fire and burns. Do not touch the heating plates 1.
Note: Switch the device off immediately if defective or malfunctions occur.
☐ Ensure that you are standing on a dry, electrically non-conductive floor surface.
☐ Ensure that your hands are dry.
☐ Untangle the power cord 7, if this becomes twisted.
☐ Do not pull, twist or bend the power cord 7, and do not run / place on sharp, pointy objects or hot surfaces.
☐ Do not catch the power cord 7 in e.g. drawers or doors.
□ Be sure your hair is dry.
☐ Unlock the hair straightener by the plates lock 4.
□ Connect the hair straightener to the mains.
☐ Set the On / Off switch 3 the „I“ position. The flashing operation indicator means the appliance is heating up.
☐ Wait 60 seconds for the hair straightener to heat up. Once the operation indicator stays on the appliance is ready for use.
- Start-up
Dry your hair completely before using the hair straightener.
Note: Hair should be clean and free of styling products. This does not include special products with assist in straightening hair.
☐ Comb your hair with a wide tooth comb to detangle.
☐ Divide your hair into individual sections approximately 3 to 4 cm wide. Hold the section taut and place the hairline between the heating plates 1.
☐ Slowly and evenly move the hair straightener from the hairline to the ends.
Note: Do not keep the hair straightener in one area more than two seconds. This will provide the best results without placing too much stress on the hair or damaging it.
Note: To shape the ends, turn the hair straightener either inward or outward before drawing it across the ends.
Safety shut-off:
The hair straightener features a safety shut-off. After approx. 30 minutes without the on / off switch 3 being used, the hair straightener will automatically shut off. After approx. 25 minutes the power indicator 2 will begin flashing green to remind you of the automatic shut-off. To use the hair straightener for more than 30 minutes, switch the device off and immediately switch back on. This will reset the safety shut-off to 30 minutes.
After using
☐ Set the On / Off switch 3 to the „0“ position. The hair straightener will shut off.
Place the hair straightener on a non-flammable surface.
☐ Remove the mains plug from the socket after every use.
☐ Allow the hair straightener to cool off.
☐ Do not wrap the power cord 7 around the hair straightener.
Note: Keep the appliance in a dry place and out of the reach of children.
Note: You may hang the hair straightener from a hook using the hanging loop 6.
- Cleaning and Care

RISK ON OPENING!
FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK! Always unplug the hair straightener from the socket before cleaning. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
■ Only clean the hair straightener as specified. Never allow liquids to enter the hair straightener.
- Do not clean the hair straightener in the dishwasher.
- Do not clean the hair straightener with highly flammable liquids.
■ Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
□ Clean the housing of the hair straightener and accessories using a soft cloth dampened with warm water.
- Disposal

The packaging and ancillary packing consist of environmentally friendly materials. They can be disposed of at your local recycling facility.

Do not dispose of electric equipment in the household waste!
Observe local ordinances when disposing of the materials. Dispose of the device according to the current version of the WEEE Directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Please contact your assigned municipal authority with any questions.
● Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase covering material- and manufacturing defects of the hair straightener.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use.
- Wear parts.
- Defects that were known to the customer at the time of purchase.
- Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in order for any warranty claims within the warranty period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty are honoured
for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the right to have the goods repaired by our own workshop or a workshop authorised by us. Never

Complaints are often initiated by difficulties encountered during use. Many of these complaints can be resolved by telephone or email.
