How do I replace the paper roll?

Open the paper compartment cover, remove the old roll, insert a new thermal paper roll with the paper feeding from the bottom, and close the cover.

How do I set the date and time?

Press the [#/P] key to enter date/time setting mode. Use the numeric keys to enter the date and time in the format YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM, then press [#/P] again to confirm.

What does the '5/4' switch do?

The '5/4' switch controls rounding. In '5/4' position, the calculator rounds up or down based on the fifth decimal. In 'CUT' position, it truncates.

How do I print the date and serial number on a calculation?

Enter the date using the [#/P] key (e.g., 2025.10.25), then press [#/P] again. Enter the serial number (e.g., 15000) and press [#/P] to print both before your calculation.

Why is my calculator not printing?

Check that the paper roll is properly inserted and the printer mechanism is not jammed. Ensure the batteries are fresh or the AC adapter is connected.

Can I use rechargeable batteries?

Yes, you can use rechargeable Ni-MH batteries of the appropriate size. However, note that the battery indicator may not accurately reflect charge for rechargeable batteries.

How do I reset the calculator?

There is a reset button on the back. Use a paper clip to press the 'RESET' button for 2 seconds. This clears all memory and settings.

What type of paper does the calculator use?

The PrintCalc 100 uses thermal paper rolls 58 mm wide (2.25 inches). Standard calculator thermal paper works.

How do I change the decimal setting?

Slide the 'TAB' switch to the desired decimal position (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or F for floating). The '5/4' switch selects rounding mode.

Is the calculator suitable for tax calculations?
