3. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. The heater is to be installed so that switches and other controls touched by a person in the bath or shower.

19. Do not leave the heater “ON” unattended. Always disconnect the heater from the main supply when not in use and when cleaning.

20. Device must be unplugged from the mains during mounting and maintenance or repair works

21. Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant near this appliance. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.

22. Do not plug the item in before its not wall mounted.
23. Avoid positioning the heater behind a door. Position the appliance only in a horizontal position, minimum 1,8m from the floor.

WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

WARNING: Keep the heater a distance of at least 1m from any combustible material, such as furniture, curtains, bedding cloths or papers.

Keep the heater clean. Do not allow objects to enter the ventilation, as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage the heater.

WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard Improper use of the grounding can result in electric shock.

Do not plug into an outlet until appliance is properly installed and grounded.

This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded.

Before you connect your new device to the power supply 220-240V, 50Hz, make sure the voltage in your household

and socket type correspond to the voltage indicated on the nameplate. If you have any doubt, consult with a licensed electrician.

Before using for the first time

1. Remove the packaging.
2. Make sure that the packaging and the bags must be kept out of reach of small children. Do not allow children to play with packaging because there is a risk of suffocation and injury.

Electrical connection

• Make sure that the voltage (see name plate) and the line voltage match.
• The mains plug should only be inserted into a correctly installed 220-240 V \~ 50Hz socket with earthing contact.

Connected Wattage

The total power consumption of this device can be up to 1200W (please check rating plate of the product). With this connected load a separate supply line protected by a 16A household circuit breaker is recommended.

CAUTION: OVERLOAD:

• If you use extension leads, these should have a cable cross-section of at least 2.5mm ^2 .
• Do not use any multiple sockets, as this device is too powerful.

ASSEMBLY

Remove the heater and all the accessories from the carton.

The panel convector heaters should be wall-mounted only.

1. Remove both safety elements on the front grid, used as transport protection.
2. The quartz heater must be installed in a horizontal position only. Do not install at the ceiling or vertically. During installation respect the minimum distances indicated in Fig.1.
3. Find the most appropriate position so as not to block access to the pull switch cord and the switch, at all time respecting the safety distances indicated in Fig.1. Mark the holes for mounting on the wall where the heater is to be installed: 77mm for the horizontal position and 64 mm for the vertical position. Fix the quartz heater with the attached dowel screws to the wall.
4. After assembly and electric installation on the wall the upper part can be swivelled to an angle of max.60°.
5. Arrange a convenient angle for the device and fix the mechanism by tightening both lateral screws(Fig.2).
6. Now you can use the quartz heater.

OPERATING

Turn the appliance on by turning the switch to following settings:

If you notice while turning on the appliance that there are slight vibrations which then gradually fade away, don't become unduly alarmed. This is part of the normal behavior of the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING

Always pull out the plug from the mains socket before cleaning and wait until the unit has cooled down.

1. This appliance does not require any particular maintenance. For cleaning it is recommended to use a soft moist rag and neutral detergent. Do not use an abrasive cloth or devices which could effect the outward appearance of the appliance. Check that the parts exposed to the heat rays and the ventilation are free of dust and dirt.
2. During cleaning, be careful not to touch the quartz heating elements.
3. Do not use waxes or polishes as these may react with the heater and cause discoloration.

2. UVJETI JAMSTVA Jamstveni rok počinje od dana kupnje proizvoda i traje 12 mjeseci, osim za Vivax Imago televizore za koje jamstvo traje 24 mjeseca.

3. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet ovog jamstva, obvezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 45 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 45 dana, biti će zamijenjen novim. Jamstvo će biti produženo za vrijeme trajanja popravka.

4. Jamstvo se priznaje samo uz račun o kupnji, te uz ovaj jamstveni list koji mora biti ispravno popunjen odnosno mora sadržavati datum prodaje, pečat i potpis prodavatelja.

2. USLOVI REKLAMACIJE: Rok za reklamaciju počinje teći od dana kupovine proizvoda i traje 24 mjeseca.

Ovom garancijom garantiramo da će predmet ove garancije raditi bez greške uzrokovane eventualnom lošom izradom i lošim materijalom izrade. Svi eventualno nastali kvarovi biti će besplatno otklonjeni u ovlaštenom servisu u garantnom roku.

UVJETI GARANCIJE:

Garantni rok počinje teći od dana kupnje proizvoda i traje 12 mjeseci, osim za Vivax Imago televizore (CRT, LCD, PDP) za koje jamstvo traje 24 mjeseca

1. U slučaju kvara na proizvodu koji je predmet ove garancije, obavezujemo se da ćemo isti popraviti u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 45 dana. Ako se proizvod ne može popraviti ili se ne popravi u roku od 45 dana, biti će zamijenjen novim. Ako popravak proizvoda traje duže od 10 dana, garancija se produljužuje za vrijeme trajanja popravka.
