What type of water should I use?
Use distilled or demineralized water to prevent scale buildup. Avoid tap water if it is hard.
How do I activate the steam burst?
Press the Steam Burst button firmly. It delivers a powerful jet of steam for stubborn creases.
Why is my iron leaking water?
Check if the water tank cap is tight, or if the iron is not hot enough. The anti-drip function prevents leaks when the temperature is too low.
How do I clean the soleplate?
Allow the iron to cool, then wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth. For stubborn residues, use a mild abrasive cleaner.
What does the self-cleaning function do?
It flushes out scale and mineral deposits. Hold the iron over a sink, press the Self-Clean button, and let steam and water flow.
How do I store the iron after use?
Unplug the iron, empty the water tank, and let it cool completely. Store it upright on its heel rest.
Can I use the iron for vertical steaming?
Yes. Hang the garment, hold the iron vertically, and press the Steam Burst button to remove wrinkles without a board.
What should I do if the iron does not heat up?
Check the power cord and outlet. Ensure the temperature dial is set above ••. If it still doesn't heat, contact customer support.
Is the iron safe if left unattended?
The iron has an automatic shut-off that turns it off after 8 minutes of inactivity. Always unplug after use for safety.

  1. Hold straightener or lay it on a heatproof surface until it is completely warm and ready for use.
  2. Divide your hair in sections and use hair clips to keep it separated. Thick or long hair may need several treatments.
