Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance. Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
☐ Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
☐ Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage but have it checked and repaired by a competent qualified service ^[1] . Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified service ^[2] .
☐ Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
☐ Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Avoid splashes on the appliance.
☐ Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
☐ Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
☐ Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
☐ Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
☐ Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
☐ It is absolutely necessary to unplug the appliance before assembling the base or any other part or before disassembling it.
☐ Make sure the assembly is correctly made before plugging in the appliance. Never try to start the appliance without its protection guard.
☐ Make sure the appliance is switched to the off position before unplugging it.
☐ Do not insert your fingers, pencils, or any other objects in the protection guard.
☐ Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
☐ Do not put the fan on the outside of a window or any other unsteady place. Make sure the appliance is put on a flat surface in order to avoid vibrations.
☐ When used in an inappropriate manner the appliance could constitute a danger to the user, in that case the producer cannot be held responsible for any kind of possible damages.
☐ Do not let the fan in use for long periods during your absence. Make sure it is switched off before leaving.
☐ Do not point the fan in the direction of a sick or sleeping person.
☐ When cleaning the appliance, do not disassemble the guards, check the cleaning section.
(1) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this electrician.
ASSEMBLY (see picture page 2)
- Before mounting the appliance, make sure it is unplugged.
• Pass the power cord (8) through the central gate of the rear base (7).
• Assemble the base by matching and sliding the front and the rear base together. - Insert the case (2) into the base and tighten the screws (6) clockwise.
• Pass the cord (8) into through the wire casing in the base. - Put the fan on its base. It is now ready for use.
OPERATION
- Plug in the appliance and press ⏻ on the control panel or ON/OFF on the remote control to turn the fan on.
- To increase the speed setting of the fan, press 🌐 again or press SPEED on the remote control. The light on the indicator panel will come on to show the selected speed. I Low II Medium III High
- To switch on the oscillation function, press the ⬆ on the control panel or SWING on the remote control, press again to stop. The oscillation will stop with the fan in the last position before pressing the button.
- The fan can be used continuously or on a timer. To select the timer, press ⏻ on the control panel or TIMER on the remote control and continue to press to cycle through the settings (0.5 to 7.5 hrs). The lights will come on to show the time selected. For example, all lights will be lit when 7.5hrs is selected, the 0.5, 1 & 2 lights will be lit when 3.5hrs is selected. The light combination will change as the time progresses to show the time remaining before the fan will stop.
- For natural breeze movement (variable fan speed), press △ on the control panel or WIND on the remote control. The 📋 will light on the indicator panel and the fan speed will now alternate. For example if the fan speed setting is high (III) and natural breeze selected, the fan will alternate between high, medium, low and stop to simulate a natural breeze. For example if fan speed setting is at low (I) and natural breeze selected, the fan will alternate between low and stop to simulate a natural breeze.
- Press △ again to select the sleep setting, the 📁 will light on the indicator panel. This programme has the same sequences as natural breeze but will step down the lower speed sequence after the preset time until the lowest fan speed sequence is reached. For example, if the fan speed setting is at high (III) and the sleep setting is selected, after half an hour the sequence will change to medium speed sequence and after another hour it will change to the low speed sequence. Press △ again to return to constant fan speed.
- Press ⏻ on the control panel or ON/OFF on the remote control to switch the fan off.
REPLACING THE BATTERIES
- To replace the batteries of the remote control, press the indentations on the back of the remote control and remove the cover. Insert 2 AAA batteries as shown inside the remote control and replace the cover.

CLEANING AND CARE
- Always disconnect the power supply cable from the power supply before carrying out any cleaning operation.
- To remove dirt from the plastic surfaces, use a cloth moistened with a little water. Never use abrasive products, as these could damage the appliance.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the ventilation grille without having to disassemble it.
- Never immerse the fan in water or any other liquid.

The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with the directive.
