- Please read these operating instructions carefully before connecting your kettle to the power supply, in order to avoid damage due to incorrect use.
- Incorrect use of the device may damage the device and harm the user.
- Before switching on the appliance for the first time please check if the technical specifications indicated on the unit correspond to the mains parameters.
CAUTION! The plug of the power cord is grounding type and has a wire. Plug the device only into the corresponding grounded sockets.
- The appliance is intended for use only in domestic aims. The unit is not intended for industrial and commercial use, and also for use in:
- kitchen area for the stuff of shops, offices and the other industrial places
- farm houses
– hotels, motels, rest homes and other similar places by residents.
- Do not use outside.
- Always unplug the device from the socket before cleaning the device or if You are not using the device.
- The appliance is not intended for use for physically, sensory or mental disabled person (including children) or for person with lack of life experience or knowledge, if only they are under supervision or have been instructed about the use of the unit by responsible person.
- Children must be under control in order not to be allowed to play with the appliance.
- Do not leave switched-on device unattended.
- Do not use the parts which are not included in the package.
- In case of power cord is damaged, it should be replaced into the special cord from manufacture or the service department.
- Do not submerge the device or the power cord in water or other liquids. However, if this happened unplug the device from the socket immediately and before using the device again have qualified specialists check the operability of the device.
- Make sure that the power cord doesn't touch sharp edges and hot surfaces.
- Do not pull the power cable, overwind or wind it over the device.
- If the sealing ring is damaged, it is recommended to contact the service center to replace it.
- WARNING! It is prohibited to use force to open the lid until the pressure gets lower.
- When cooking soups, it is recommended to let off steam only when the cooker cools down and the pressure control valve comes down. To cool the unit faster, you can put the wet towel on the lid.
- When letting off steam, keep your hands and face away from steam outlet.
- Do not touch the lid while cooking.
- Do not cover the device while working.
- Keep the inner surface of the device, pot and heating element clean.
- To prevent burns keep your face and hands off the steam outlet and do not touch the lid while working.
- Clean and check pressure control valve to prevent its inclusion.
- Before cooking the pressure regulator must be closed (position CLOSE).
- WARNING! Do not turn on the device if the lid is opened.
- WARNING! Do not move the device during operation and when it is connected to mains.
- To move the cooker use the body handles instead of lid handle.
- Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the appliance. Repair the malfunctioning appliance in the nearest service center.
- If the device was exposed to the temperature below 0^ , it should be kept at room temperature for at least 2 hours before turning it on.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce minor changes into the product design without prior notice, unless such changes influence significantly the product safety, performance, and functions.
- Production date is mentioned on the unit and/or on the packing materials and documentations.
INSTALLATION
- The principle of operation is that the boiling temperature under high pressure is more than 100 °C. By means of it, the cooking time is reduced. Be extremely careful when operating a pressure cooker.
- It is necessary to make sure that there are no wrapping and foreign objects inside the pressure cooker.
- Check if there are no damage to: lid; body; accessories. If any defect is detected, do not turn on the device; contact the retailer or service center.
- Place the device on a dry, even and heat-proof surface, at least 30 cm from the edge of the work surface.
- Do not place the device near the flammable materials, explosives and pyrophoric gases.
- Do not place the device near the gas or electric stove, as well as the other heat sources.
- Do not place the device very close to the wall or furniture.
- Do not put anything to universal cooker.
- Do not place the universal cooker in the cupboard. It is required to ensure the free space for ventilation: 20 cm from the top and not less than 5 cm from the sides.
- To mash the products use the wooden or plastic spoons to prevent the non-stick coating damage.
OPERATION
- Before initial use, wipe the cooking pot, the surface of heating element and internal surface of the universal cooker.
- Filling the bowl multivarki water, do not exceed the level MAX.
- Put water and food into the cooking bowl. DO NOT fill the cooker more than to 3/5 of its capacity. While cooking food products that expand in hot water (rice, dry vegetables) or foam, do not fill the bowl more than to the half of its capacity. At the same time the entire volume of food products and water should not be less than 1/5 of the total bowl capacity.
- Put the bowl inside the universal cooker.
- Place the sealing ring on the inner part of lid
- Put the inner part of lid assembled with sealing ring on the lid.
- Rotate the lid left and right to set it in the proper position.
- Close the lid, rotating it counter-clockwise up to the stop, so the arrow on the lid handle is between printings « 1» and « 1 » on the body handle
- If the lid is not locked, the unit will not start operation
- Set the pressure regulator indicator to the position «0».
- Turn the power on, the light indicators on the control panel will light up.
- There is no need to adjust the time and pressure intensity manually. This settings are automatically connected with program you chose on unit. The settings are described in the below table. Please refer to recipe book for detailed description of cooking programs.

OPERATION
MENU
- To start cooking, press the button on the panel with necessary cooking program according to your recipe. The indicator light will be displayed next to the selected program.
- The display will show preset cooking time of the chosen program
- After closing and locking the cover Multivarki begins pressurization and temperature rise to the desired level. Only after reaching the parameters of a given program, the countdown begins.
TIMER FUNCTION
- You can change the cooking time by putting your settings on the recipe, the adjusted time will be shown on display
- After selecting a program press "+" or "-" to set the necessary time. Time step and limits of possible time settings are indicated in the table above.
START DELAY
- This function allows you to start cooking at predefined time.
- Select the required cooking program as described above, and set all working parameters.
- Press the button «ОТСРОЧКА СТАРТА» (Delay) and press "+" or "-" to set the necessary time. Maximal delay time is 24 hours. The delay time will be shown on display.
KEEP WARM/OFF FUNCTION
- If you occasionally need to stop cooking, press the button "ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/OFF), the cooking process will be off.
- When the cooking is finished, the appliance will start "Keep Warm" mode automatically. The maximum time interval to maintain temperature is 24 hours. You can stop warming by pressing the button "ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/OFF).
- You can also use this function to reheat the food. To use this function, put the food you want to reheat inside the cooker pot and press the button "ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА" (KEEP WARM/OFF) once.
FINISHING COOKING
- After use, when the pressure inside the universal cooker reaches the maximum level, a special float inside the lid lifts up and blocks it (in this case the float is not visible).
- After the cooking is finished, set the pressure regulator to position « 」 in order to decrease pressure and temperature inside the unit. The steam will come out of the unit. Five to seven minutes later the float will get down automatically, and the opening of lid will be possible.
- Set the pressure regulator to position "0" and open the lid.
- WARNING! Be extremely careful when the steam is released. To prevent scalds keep your hands and face away from the steam jet.
- WARNING! Be extremely careful and rotate the regulator only using pot holder, as the steam will pass not only through the valve, but also through the pressure regulator.

- Easy-to-clean cooking pot with double non-stick coating and durable stainless steel body make the life period of the unit longer. Reliable safety devices:
- Lid security device: the pressure inside will not rise until the lid and the cooker body match well and block the lid from eventual opening.
- Temperature-limited device: this element has dry burning protection. It will stop heating automatically when the pot is empty or the temperature rises over the rated temperature. (e.g.: if you forget to put water or put food into the pot, it will stop heating.)
- Over-temperature protection device: when the temperature rise up to maxumal level within the selected program, the electric power will cut off automatically.
- Pressure control device: in cooking, when the working pressure meet the maximum(about 75kPa), the pressure switch will cut off the electric power from heating plate, to keep the cooker working under the safety pressure. The unit will not work if the temperature level is over limit.
- Pressure-limiting valve: when the temperature and pressure inside the cooker exceed the max pressure 90 kPa, pressure limiting valve will release steam automatically.
- Safety lid: in case of pressure limiting valve malfunction, the pressure inside the cooker can rise up to the maximum 90 kPa. In this case the steam will be gradually released between the lid edge and unit body.
- Anti-blocking cover: an anti-blocking cover is set under pressure limiting valve to prevent the obstruction of the valve with parts of food and ensure the steam release and normal pressure decrease.
NOTICE
- When cooking soups and liquid dishes, it is recommended to let off steam only when the pressure cooker gets cold and the pressure control valve comes down. To cool it faster, you can put wet towel on the lid.
- When letting off steam, keep your hands and face away from the steam outlet.
- Do not touch the lid while cooking.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The device needs to be cleaned regularly; remove all of the food residue from the surface of the multicooker
- Before cleaning turn off the multicooker and unplug it from the socket. Let the device cool off completely.
- Wipe the control panel, the outer and the inner surfaces of the multicooker with a wet cloth and detergent, wipe dry. Do not wash the body in water and do not spray water on it.
- Clean the pot with the warm water with detergent and wipe dry. It is recommended to wash the pot right after the cooking.
- Remove the container to collect condensed fluid, rinse it, rub dry and put it back.
- Remove the inner part of lid and sealing ring and wash it carefully.
- Wash carefully the inner surface of the lid, pressure regulator and pressure control valve and wipe them dry with a soft cloth.
- Put the inner part of lid and sealing ring back.
- WARNING! Do not wash the removable parts in a dish-washer.
- The pot can be washed in the dish washer.
- Wash the pot in warm water with detergent and wipe dry. You should wash the pot immediately after you finished cooking.
- Do not use aggressive substances or abrasive materials.
STORAGE
- Make sure that the device is unplugged from the socket and is completely cooled off.
- Follow all of the steps mentioned in "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" section.
- Store the multicooker with the cover half open in a dry and clean place.
