USER MANUAL IJ-85 Imarflex
(1) Motor may rotate in different direction.
(2) Caution: Do not exert excessive force when pressing the fruit to prevent from blocking and damaging the motor.
- Once done, remove the reamer from the unit and then pour the juice into a juice container or a glass.
Note: Unit must be used for only 15 seconds at a time and must be at rest for 15 seconds. A maximum of 10 consecutive cycles per operation and it must be cooled down for about 30 minutes.
- Unplug the unit every after use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Base Unit
- Unplug the unit from the convenience outlet.
- Wipe or clean the outside surface with a damp or soft cloth.
NEVER IMMERSE BASE UNIT IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
- Always be sure to wring excess water out of cloth or sponge when cleaning around any electrical part.
- Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
Lid – Wash with warm soapy water. Rinse under clean running water and dry. Reassemble before use.
Accessories (Cone Reamers, Strainer, Jar)
If the citrus juicer was left sitting until there is dried, crusty juice bits inside: Put the accessories into a wash basin with warm, soapy water (or vinegar water) and let sit for about 30 to 60 seconds. Empty the basin and rinse the accessories with running water and dry.
Turn OFF the unit and wait for the unit to stop.
- Always unplug the unit after every use.
- Wipe the accessories with soft cloth to dry. Make sure to reassemble the unit properly before storing it.
- Never leave juice inside the citrus juicer for a long period of time.
- Store the citrus juicer on a dry cool place.
NOTE: NEVER ALLOW THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE TO GET WET.
- Unplug the unit from the convenience outlet before cleaning.
- All parts are washable with soap and water except the base unit.
- Wipe the base unit with damp cloth.
- Place the cord into its proper place after use.
- Dry all parts before reassembling the unit.
- Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).

Do not use the two-way socket with other appliance.

Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest Imarflex Authorized Service Center.

Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a heated oven.

Place the unit on stable surface; keep it away from the edge of counter to avoid accident.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.

Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or malfunctioning of your appliance or result in injuries.

Use on a hard, flat level surface only, to avoid interruption of air flow underneath the appliance.

Switch off the appliance and unplug the unit before replacing any of its accessories.

Do not extract above the maximum capacity (800cc). Citrus may overflow.

Do not use the appliance if the rotating cap, jar or the protecting cover is damaged or has a visible cracks.

Never place the citrus juicer near hot surfaces.

In case of malfunctions, please bring the citrus juicer to the nearest Authorized Imarflex Service Center.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
IMPORTANT: Your citrus juicer parts are subject to wear during normal use. Always inspect the unit and parts for nicks, chips or cracks. Always inspect for broken, cracked or loose parts. Do not use the unit if damage. Contact the Imarflex Authorized Service Center to obtain evaluation and repair.
- Remove all packing materials.
- Make sure that the citrus juicer is unplugged.
- Place the rotation cap into the base unit and put the jar on the top of the axis of rotation cap.
- Assemble the strainer followed by and the Cone Reamer on the top of the container.
HOW TO USE:
- For initial use, wash detachable parts thoroughly with soap and water except the base unit.
- Assemble the Citrus Juicer (See How To Assemble).
- Use Small Cone Reamer for lime, lemons, etc. and use the Large Cone Reamer for oranges, ponkan, etc.
- Cut the citrus fruit into half.
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
- Hold and put the citrus fruit towards the cone reamer then press it lightly until citrus fruit is fully extracted.
