How do I assemble the Wave Mixer blender?

Place the jug on the base, align the locking tabs, and turn clockwise until it clicks. Then attach the lid securely.

Can I blend hot liquids?

No, avoid blending hot liquids as pressure can build up. Let them cool to room temperature first.

How do I clean the blender?

Disassemble and rinse parts immediately. Wash with warm soapy water. The jug and lid are dishwasher safe on top rack.

What is the maximum capacity for dry blending?

For dry ingredients like nuts or grains, do not exceed 2 cups (300g) to avoid motor strain.

The blender is leaking. What should I do?

Check the seal ring under the blade assembly. Make sure it is properly seated and not damaged. Tighten the assembly securely.

How do I use the pulse function?

Press and hold the PULSE button for short bursts. Release to stop. Ideal for chopping or achieving desired consistency.

Can I crush ice with this blender?

Yes, use pulse or low speed. Add a little water to help the ice move. Do not overload.

VOICE CONTROLS

Turn the unit on by pressing and holding the Power button for 3 seconds. When the unit turns on, all 6 voice altering buttons will flash red for 2 seconds and the power button will illuminate red.

Turn the unit off by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds, all 6 voice altering buttons will flash red for 2 seconds and all lights will turn off.

• When the unit begins to run low on battery power, the sound quality will become distorted and the 6 red illuminating buttons will flash repeatedly.
• To charge the unit, connect the included Micro-USB cable to the charging port on the back of the unit (see diagram for reference). Connect the USB side to a reliable power source (such as a PC, AC adapter, or power bank). The unit will begin to charge once connected.
• Note that when connected to a wall outlet, the unit may emit a sound as it charges. This is normal occurrence and indicates an unstable power supply.
• The red LED indicator will turn off automatically when the unit is fully charged.

LED INDICATOR MEANINGS

SOLID RED: The unit is on.

BOTTOM HALF OF LED SOLID RED: The unit is charging.

SOLID RED/BLUE: The unit is connected to a Bluetooth device.

FLASHING RED BUTTONS: The unit is low on power and needs to be charged.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS

• Once the unit has been turned on, it will automatically enter Pairing mode. Open the Settings menu on your smart device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). Enable Bluetooth pairing and wait for your device to locate the mixer. Keep the device and the unit within 3 feet of each other.
• "Wave Mixer" will appear on the device list; select this option. Follow the prompt to pair the unit.
• The LED indicator will turn from solid red to red and blue once a connection is established.

LIVE PERFORMANCES, STUDIO RECORDING & BROADCASTING

• When using with live performances or recorded songs, the Recording volume knob must be increased (this controls the volume that the audience will hear).
• When using with a smartphone or other additional equipment for broadcasting purposes, use your smartphone (or other equipment, such as a PC) to control the sound volume.

ADDITIONAL TIPS FOR USE

- Some condenser microphones and headsets are highly sensitive and may produce a whistling or howling sound if the selected sound level is too high (this may be due to factors such as the microphone sound card, reverberation, very high or very low sounds, or the paired monitor settings). To fix, slowly adjust the levels until the howling sound subsides.

TROUBLESHOOTING - ELIMINATING NOISE

• Try switching power sources by plugging into a different electrical outlet or use a USB power bank.
• Check for interference from other equipment connected to the same power circuit.
• Input devices volume control should be set around 70%. If you hear distortion, lower the channel volume until no distortion is heard. Then increase volume using the Monitor Volume, headphone volume wheel or volume control on your speakers.
• Increase your input device's volume first. Only increasing volume settings on the mixer may cause a high noise level.
• Additional static noises may arise due to interference from other connections in close proximity. Do not power mixer from a charging hub that also powers other devices, especially if those devices are also plugged into the mixer.
