How do I install batteries in the SH-402TR?

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the printer. Insert 6 AA batteries following the polarity markings. Close the cover securely.

How do I load label tape?

Open the tape compartment cover. Insert the TZe tape cassette, ensuring it clicks into place. Close the cover. The printer will automatically feed the tape.

How do I print a label?

Type your text on the keyboard. Press the Print key. Use the Cut key to cut the tape manually after printing.

How can I change the font size?

Press the Font Size key repeatedly to cycle through available sizes (e.g., small, medium, large). The current size is shown on the display.

How do I cut the tape?

After printing, press the Cut button to manually cut the tape. The cutter is located on the side of the printer.

How do I clean the print head?

Turn off the printer. Remove batteries. Wait 5 minutes. Use a cotton swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the print head. Let dry before using.

What if the printer does not turn on?

Check that batteries are installed correctly and have enough power. If using an AC adapter, ensure it is properly connected. Try resetting by removing batteries for 10 seconds.

How do I adjust the label length?

Press the Length key and use the arrow keys to set the desired label length. Confirm with Enter.

NOTE:

•MOTOR WILL OVERHEAT IF RUN FOR A PROLONG PERIOD OF TIME WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

MOTOR OVERHEAT PROTECTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF THE MOTOR TO ALLOW IT TO COOL DOWN.

ONCE THE MOTOR COOL DOWN, IT WILL BE READY TO RUN AGAIN.

- PRESS URETHANE(6) CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ACHIEVED DESIRED LABEL TENSION.

E. Trouble shooting

TROUBLE	SHOOTING
Machine does not start	·Check if power cord is connected to the machine and power outlet.·Check if the fuse is blown.Remove fuse from back panel, replace if necessary.
Label does not advance or label does advance continually	·Referring to the threading diagram, check if the label is properly threaded into the machine.·Check if sensor (9) is far from dispensing plate and it is sensing always the dispensing plate(7).
Label does not put on exact position	·Check if label is setting correctly on label hanger.·Check press urethane is too push down.
Back paper is not rewinding	·Check if the back paper comes out.·Check if back paper is fixed into the pin of rewinder roller(10).
The others	·Ask to distributor or manufacturer.
