The Oracle Air supports hardware RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 10, and JBOD. You can configure them via the built-in controller or software.

Can I use both 3.5" and 2.5" drives in the same array?

Yes, the Oracle Air accepts both 3.5" and 2.5" SATA/SAS drives. However, mixing drive sizes may affect cooling and vibration dampening.

What is the maximum total capacity?

With four 16 TB drives, you can achieve up to 64 TB raw capacity. RAID configuration reduces usable space.

How do I clean the dust filter?

The front dust filter is removable. Rinse it with water, dry completely, and reinsert monthly for optimal airflow.

Can I replace the fan if it fails?

Yes, the 120 mm cooling fan is user-replaceable. Remove the top cover, disconnect the fan, and install a standard 120 mm fan.

Is the power supply external?

Yes, the Oracle Air uses an external 12V/5A adapter. If it fails, you can order a replacement from Cooler Master.

Does it support hot-swapping drives?

Yes, each drive tray is hot-swappable. Remove the tray, insert the drive, and lock it back in without powering off.

What interface does it use?

How do I set up RAID?
