How do I assemble the Masport Ambassador Kitchen barbecue?
Refer to the assembly guide in the manual. Unpack all parts, attach the legs, side shelf, and wheels. Use two people for lifting heavy parts. Tighten all bolts securely. Do not connect gas until fully assembled.
What type of gas does this barbecue use?
It can use liquid propane (LP) from a standard tank or natural gas (NG) with a conversion kit. Check the regulator label to confirm your model.
How do I clean the cooking grates?
Preheat the grill on high for 10 minutes, then brush the grates with a stainless steel brush. For stubborn residue, use a mixture of warm water and mild soap after the grates have cooled.
