How do I assemble the garment steamer?

Insert the telescopic pole into the power base until it clicks. Attach the hook to the pole, extend the pole to full height, and lock it. Install the hose by inserting it into the hose hole and tightening the fixing nut clockwise. Place the steamer head into the holder.

How do I fill the water tank?

Unplug the appliance before filling. Remove the water tank from the power base, open the cap on the bottom, fill with tap water (or distilled water in hard water areas) up to the 2 L capacity, then close the cap and reattach the tank firmly.

What water should I use?

Use tap water. In hard water areas, scale may build up quickly; it is recommended to use distilled or purified water. Do not add perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, or other chemicals.

How do I use the garment steamer for ironing?

Hang the garment on a hanger and attach it to the hook. Plug in and press the power button. Wait about 1 minute for the steamer to heat up. Select the appropriate steam level (low for delicate fabrics, high for thick materials). Hold the steamer head handle and steam the garment, pulling the fabric taut for best results.

How do I clean the steamer?

Unplug and let it cool. Clean the nozzle and power base with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent. Remove the hose and clean the hose interface. To remove scales, perform the rinse calc-clean monthly: pour water into the power base via the hose hole, let it sit for 10 seconds, then pour out the water.

What safety precautions should I follow?

Always unplug before filling or cleaning. Do not use with wet hands or near flammable materials. Do not immerse in water. Never leave the steamer unattended while plugged in. Do not touch hot surfaces (nozzle, steamer holder, hose). Keep children away. Use only on a flat, stable surface.

Why is the steamer not producing steam?

Check that the power plug is inserted and the power button is on. Ensure the water tank is not empty (fill above MIN line). Straighten the hose to allow condensate to flow back. Confirm that the water tank and hose are properly attached to the power base.

Water is leaking from the power base. What should I do?

Make sure the water tank cap is closed tightly. Ensure the hose is not bent or kinked. If the problem persists, check that the hose is correctly installed. If still leaking, stop use and contact an authorized service agent.

The telescopic pole slips down. How can I fix it?

The pole may be overloaded. Reduce the weight on the hook to less than 2 kg. If the pole still slips, inspect the lock button and ensure it is fully engaged when extended.

Can I use the steamer on leather or delicate fabrics?

Do not use on leather. For delicate fabrics such as velvet, wool, cashmere, acrylic, or silk, test on an inconspicuous area first. Use the low steam level for thin or delicate materials.

WARNING

If the Power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service center, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. - Failure to do so may cause an accident or injury.

The steamer is not to be used if it or the Water tank and other parts has been dropped, If there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking. - Do not repair by yourself; it should be repaired by the designated service center.

Properly dispose the package bag of the appliance, keep the package bag away from infants.

The plug must be removed from the socket outlet before the water reservoir is filled with water. - Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

CAUTION

Do not use the product with Hose or Power cord entangled. - Doing so may cause the Hose damage, electric shock and fire.

Do not insert pins into the Nozzle. - Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or burn

Do not add perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, ironing aids or other chemicals in the Water tank. - They can stain fabrics: instead, use room temperature water for it.

Do not put the Nozzle too close to you or others since steam may unexpectedly erupt from it. - Doing so may cause scald.

Do not move the product by pulling the Hose. - Doing so may cause the Hose damage, electric shock and fire.

When moving the product, do not come to bring the product through the hanger.

- Otherwise it may cause the product to fall, injury. Do not use the appliance with the exception of fabric (e.g. leather).

- Doing so may cause damage it. Do not move the Power base until it have fully cooled down. - Doing so may cause scald.

Do not use the product with the pipe is compressed and clogged. - Otherwise the hot water comes out from the base and damage the floors and carpets.

Do not use the product when the Hose is not properly installed in the base, do not pull out the Hose during use. - Doing so may cause bums.

Unplug the Power plug to disconnect from a household outlet by grasping the Power plug. - Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

Use the product only for its intended purpose, for ironing fabrics. To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not steam fabrics while being on the body. Failure to do so may cause injury.

Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam.

Test on an Inconspicuous area when using with expensive or specially processed items. - Failure to do so may cause damage fabric.

When the Steamer head is placed on the Steamer holder, set the telescopic pole to the maximum. - Otherwise Steamer head due to fall, cause damage the product or injury.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE HOW TO FILL WATER

Be sure to assemble the product on a flat and stable floor.

1. Insert the Telescopic pole into the Telescopic pole insertion on the Power base correctly, until a 'click' spring lock sound is heard.
2. (1) Align the hole of the Hook on the Telescopic pole, and then push with force the Hook into the Telescopic pole, make sure the spring lock into the small hole on the block.
   ② Release the Lock button on the Telescopic pole, pull the Telescopic pole upward to maximum height, and then lock the Lock button.

1. Install the Hose at the Hose hole of Power base and then turn the Fixing nut clockwise to tighten until a 'click' sound is heard.
2. Place the Steamer head into the Steamer holder on the Telescopic pole.

The plug must be removed from the socket outlet before the Water tank is filled with water.

1. Remove the Water tank from Power base.
2. ① Open the Cap on the bottom of the Water tank. ② Put the Water tank under a faucet and fill it with proper amount of water.

1. Attach firmly the Water tank back to the Power base

Note:

a) The Water tank capacity is approx. 2 L, which is below the water inlet. Fill it with proper amount of water according to your need.
b) Please fill the Water tank with tap water. In case you live in an area with hard water, scales build-up quickly may occur so we recommend using distilled water or punted water.
c) When filling water, accumulating water may occur in the groove around the water inlet and the Water tank which is not a malfunction. Please clean any water in the groove before installing the Water tank back.

USING THE GARMENT STEAMER

1. Hang the garment on a hanger, and then attach the hanger to the Hook.

Insert the Power plug into the household outlet.

1. Press the Power button to light the Power indicator up.

. Wait about 1 minute when the product is ready to use.

And set the Steam selector according to the required

SCALES CLEANING

To maintain optimal steam performance, it is important to remove scales and impurities inside the appliance regularly.

It is recommended to perform the easy rinse calc-clean process at least once a month.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE

Problem Causes		Solution
The product produces no steam or irregular steam.	The Power plug has not been plugged in or the Power button has not been pressed down.	Insert the Power plug and be sure to press the Power button.
	Condensate water that produced from steam remains in the Hose.	Lift up the Steamer head vertically and straighten the Hose, to make condensate water backflow.
	The Water tank is empty or less than "MIN" line.	Fill the Water tank with water.
	The Water tank and Hose is not be installed correctly to the Power base.	Attach the Water tank and Hose to the Power base correctly.
Water leaks out from the Power base	The Cap is loose.	Close the Cap correctly .
	The Hose is bend. Straighten the Hose.
The Telescopic pole slips down unexpectedly	The garment on the Hook is too heavy.	Lighten the weight loaded to the Fixing hook (less than 2 kg).
The product produces a water noise.	The hose forms a U-shape.	Do not bend the hose.

If you can not solve your problem according to the above solutions.
Have your product repaired by the specified service agent.
