Keep it with care.
- After taking off the packing make sure that the appliance is intact. In case of doubt do not use it and contact an assistance centre authorised by TERMOZETA.
- Do not leave pieces of packing (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails etc.) within reach of children or persons with reduced mental capacities since these are potential sources of danger.
- If the appliance comes with an earth plug, the electrical safety is ensured only when this plug is correctly connected to an effective earthing system in compliance with the existing electrical safety standards. TERMOZETA shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by the lack of an earthing system.
- Before connecting the plug to the outlet check that the working voltage of the appliance corresponds to the one in your house. If in doubt, contact professionally qualified staff.
- Use of adaptors, multiple outlets and extension leads is not advisable. In case of necessity use exclusively approved devices in conformity with the current safety regulations while making sure that they are compatible with the appliance power. If in doubt, contact professionally qualified staff.
- Any installation which doesn’t comply with what is specified can endanger your safety and the warranty expires. Termozeta shall not be held responsible for any damages to persons, animals or objects caused by incorrect installation or due to improper, incorrect and negligent use.
- The appliance was exclusively designed for domestic use to cook food.
- For safety reasons pay attention and:
- do not use the appliance when you are barefoot or having wet hands or feet
- do not use the appliance outside the domestic environment
- do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain, etc.)
- never pull the power cord or the appliance itself in order to disconnect the plug from the outlet
- do not leave the appliance unattended when it is plugged into the main power supply
- never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids
- The appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and by people with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, only if they are supervised or instructed on how to use the appliance in safe conditions, and subject to their understanding of the relevant risks. Children must not play with the appliance. The appliance must not be cleaned or serviced by children under the age of 8 without the supervision of an adult.
- Keep the power cord and product out of the reach of children under the age of 8.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- The power cord of the appliance should never be replaced by the user himself. In case of necessity contact an assistance centre authorised by TERMOZETA or professionally qualified staff.
- In case of failure and/or malfunctioning of the appliance, turn it off and do not tamper with it. For any repairs contact an assistance centre authorised by TERMOZETA and ask for the use of original spare parts.
- At the end of the life-cycle of the appliance, put it out of service by cutting the power cord after disconnecting the plug from the outlet. For the disposal of the appliance follow the regulations which are valid in your place of residence.
- The appliance is not designed to be operated using external timers or a separate remote control.

Do not touch the external surface of the oven or the door down when the appliance is running, since these parts reach by high temperature.
USE PRECAUTIONS
- Put the oven on a stable and heat resistant surface, away from easily inflammable materials or objects.
- During operation, place the rear part of the appliance against a wall or a surface.
- During operation, keep a distance of at least 10 cm from the sidewallsof the oven and 30 cm from its top.
- Do not, under any circumstances, place the oven into a wall unit orcabinet.
- Do not move or handle the appliance when it is running.
- During operation, check that the power cord does not touch the walls and window of the oven.
- Do not touch the surfaces of the oven, the door window and the resistances located inside it when the appliance is running or immediately after its use, since these parts can become very hot.
- Do not place objects on the top of the oven while it is running.
- Do not place pots, containers or other objects on the door when it is open.
- Do not wet the door window when it is hot.
CONTROL PANEL
THERMOSTAT DIAL (Fig.1)
- Dial (3) allows setting the ideal cooking temperature.
COOKING SELECTOR DIAL (Fig.2)
- The appliance has three cooking functions, that can be selected by means of the selector dial (4).
- It is always suggested the oven preheating for a period of about 10-15 minutes, regardless of the cooking function selected.


Conventional oven
- When this function is set by means of the
- selector dial (4), both the upper and the lower heating elements are enabled at the same time.
- This function is ideal for all types of food: fish, meat, poultry, stuffed vegetables, sweets and all foods requiring long cooking times and an even temperature.

- For the cooking times, refer to the “GUIDE TO APPROXIMATE TIMES FOR THE COOKING OF FRESH FOOD WITH CONVENTIONAL OVEN” shown afterwards.

Reheat/keep warm
- When this function is set by means of the selector dial (4), only the lower heating elements (10) are enabled.
- This function allows reheating food or keeping it warm. Select the desired temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3).

Toast/brown
- When this function is set by means of the selector dial (4), only the upper heating elements (11) are enabled. This function allows toasting and browning food.
- Select the desired temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3). It is recommended to position grill (13) or tray (14) on the last shelf from the bottom so that the food is positioned as close as possible to the upper heating elements (11).
TIMER DIAL (Fig. 3)
Automatic operation with preset time
- The timer allows the setting of an operating time from 0 to 60 minutes. At the end of the set time, an acoustic signal will be heard and the oven stops operating automatically.
- To interrupt the operation of the appliance before the end of the pre-selected time, turn the timer dial counter-clockwise until it reaches the "0" position. (appliance off).
GRILL (13), TRAY (14)
- Grill (13) can be used as a resting base for cooking containers or directly as a support for food.
- Tray (14) can be used as a container for cooking food: grease it with food oil to prevent food from sticking to it.
• These accessories can be placed inside the oven on three different cooking shelves (9) in order to increase of decrease the distance of the food from the heating elements.

ACCESSORIES
TONGS FOR TRAY AND GRILL (15)
- Tongs (15) were designed to extract the tray and the grill from the oven. It is recommended to always use them to prevent burns.
ON FIRST USE
- Wash and thoroughly dry all the parts that come into contact with food as described in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” paragraph.
- Upon first use, it is advisable to run the empty oven in the “conventional oven” function for approximately 10 minutes setting the oven maximum temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3). This operation removes any odours coming from the new appliance. During the oven running, make sure the room is well ventilated.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Place grill (13) or tray (14) in one of the cooking shelves (9) inside the oven. Set the desired cooking function by means of the selector dial (4) and set the proper temperature according to the food to be cooked by means of the thermostat dial (3).
- Completely unwind the power cord and connect it to the power outlet.
- Turn the timer dial (5) setting the proper operating time adding 10 minutes for the oven preheating. The oven starts operating and the pilot light (6) turns on.
• After the first 10 minutes, open door (7) by means of the proper handle (8) and place

the food to be cooked in the oven. When performing this operation, use tongs (16) being careful not to touch the hot parts of the oven. If necessary, use an oven mitt.
- After the set time has elapsed, pilot/light (6) goes out and the appliance will stop to operate immediately, emitting a short beep.
- Open the oven door by means of the proper handle (8) and extract accessories (13-14) by using tongs (15): be careful not to touch the hot parts of the oven and food containers. If necessary, use an oven mitt.
- To stop the cooking before the end of the set time, turn the timer dial to the "0" position to turn off the oven
SUGGESTIONS
- While cooking, occasionally check the food through the door window (7). We recommend not leaving the food in the oven for an excessive period, since it can dry too much.
AFTER USE
- Set the thermostat dial to the "0" position to turn off the oven
- Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the plug from the power outlet and wait for the oven to cool down.

WARNING!
- To avoid dangerous overheating, never obstruct the ventilation grilles (12).

Do not touch the external surface of the oven or the door window when the chance is running, since these parts reach a very high temperature.
GUIDE TO APPROXIMATE TIMES FOR THE COOKING OF FRESH FOOD WITH CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- (these approximate data apply to the “CONVENTIONAL OVEN” function only)
- The cooking times and results shown in the following table are approximate and can vary according to the quality of the food, its consistency, the type of container used for cooking and personal tastes. After using the oven several times, you will be able to optimise the cooking times and results.

IMPORTANT!
• Always preheat the oven before placing food inside it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING!
- Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the plug from the power outlet and wait for the appliance to cool down.
- It is recommended to frequently clean the oven to prevent the formation of fumes and bad smells during cooking.
• For cleaning the internal part of the oven and the cooking shelves, do not use chemical

or abrasive substances, since the shelves can come into contact with food.
- Use a damp non-abrasive sponge to clean the outside walls, and dry thoroughly
taking care not to filter humidity in the air grilles.
- To withdraw the collecting tray (16), which is located in the lower part of the oven, pull it towards you as shown in the picture.
- Clean the accessories with hot water and a dishwashing detergent; dry thoroughly before storing them.
- Never immerse the oven in water or other liquids.
- Do not wash the oven under running water.
- Do not use chemical or abrasive products.
- Do not wash the internal part of the oven with inflammable substances as alcohol.
- Do not cook food soaked in inflammable substances.

INFORMATION FOR USERS
In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/UE on electric and electronic equipment waste disposal.

- The barred symbol of the rubbish bin shown on the equipment indicates that, at the end of its useful life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.
- Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis.
- The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, treated and disposal of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus.
