Why does the bag full indicator light up even if the bag is not full?
This can happen if the bag pores are clogged, for example after vacuuming ashes, fine sand or cement dust. In that case, replace the disposable bag or empty the reusable bag, even if it is not completely full. Also check that the nozzle, tube or hose are not blocked.
How to adjust the suction power?
Use the selection dial on the appliance. The maximum level is recommended for carpets or very dirty hard floors, the medium level for carpets, and the minimum level for curtains or tablecloths.
What to do if suction power is insufficient?
First check the set power level. Then check that the nozzle, tube or hose are not blocked. If the bag is full, empty or replace it. Finally, clean the filters (motor and HEPA).
How to clean the washable HEPA filter?
Unplug the appliance. Open the filter cover, remove the HEPA filter and rinse the pleated side under hot water holding the filter so that water flows parallel to the pleats. Do not brush it. Let it dry completely (at least 2 hours) before reinserting.
How often should the disposable bag be replaced?
Replace the bag as soon as the bag full indicator changes color, or when it is visibly full. When vacuuming fine substances (ashes, plaster), pores can clog quickly: change the bag even if not full.
How to use the telescopic tube?
Move the tube lock up or down to adjust the tube length so that the handle is at hip level.
Why do I feel electric shocks when using the vacuum cleaner?
This is due to static electricity generated by the vacuum cleaner, especially in a low humidity room. To reduce this, discharge the appliance by frequently touching the tube against metal objects (table legs, radiator) or increase room humidity.
Which bags can I use with this vacuum cleaner?

How to store the vacuum cleaner after use?
Turn off and unplug the appliance. Rewind the cord by pressing the rewind button. Place the nozzle in the storage insert on the appliance and set the tube to the shortest. Wrap the hose around the tube for stable storage.
What to do if the hose is blocked?
Detach the blocked part (nozzle, tube or hose) and connect it in reverse. Briefly turn on the vacuum to force air through the blockage in the opposite direction. If this does not work, remove the clog manually.
