Frequently Asked Questions - S-Force VCE21SFWR GORENJE

How do I clean the HEPA filter on my Gorenje S-Force VCE21SFWR?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Remove the dust container and take out the HEPA filter. Tap it gently to remove loose dust, or wash it under running water (max 40°C). Let it dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
What should I do if the suction power drops?
Check if the dust container is full and empty it if needed. Inspect the filter for clogs and clean it. Also examine the hose and nozzle for blockages. Ensure all connections are tight.
Can I use the vacuum without a bag?
Yes, the S-Force VCE21SFWR is bagless. It uses a cyclonic system and a washable dust container. Just empty and clean the container regularly.
How often should I replace the HEPA filter?
The HEPA filter is washable and can last up to 6 months with regular cleaning. Replace it if it becomes damaged or if suction does not improve after cleaning.
What accessories are included?
The vacuum comes with a floor nozzle for carpets and hard floors, a crevice tool for tight spaces, and a dusting brush for delicate surfaces.
The vacuum cleaner overheats and shuts off. What now?
This is a safety feature. Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Check for blockages in the hose, nozzle, or filter. Clean as needed and wait at least 30 minutes before restarting.
How do I rewind the power cord?
Press the cord rewind button with one hand while guiding the cord with the other to avoid whipping. Allow the cord to retract fully.
Is the vacuum suitable for pet hair?
Yes, the cyclonic suction and floor nozzle handle pet hair effectively. Clean the brush roll regularly to maintain performance.
Where can I buy spare parts?
Spare parts such as filters, hoses, and nozzles are available from Gorenje service centers or authorized online retailers. Use the model number VCE21SFWR.
The vacuum makes a strange noise. What could it be?
A rattling noise may indicate a blockage or a foreign object in the hose or nozzle. A high-pitched whine often means the filter is clogged. Check and clean accordingly.

You can empty the dust container in the following ways: Hold the dust container over a dustbin. Open the dust container // Shake the contents of the dust container into the dustbin. // Close the dust container.
