First step to resolve WiFi issues: make sure your WiFi router is broadcasting on the 2.4 GHz band and not 5 GHz. The Connect 250 only works on 2.4 GHz. This is the most common cause of connection failure. Also, check that your WiFi network has sufficient bandwidth and that the amplifier is not too far from the router.

To connect via WiFi: turn on the Connect 250 and press the source button to select WiFi mode. The green LED above the WiFi logo will light up and the device will announce "Wi-Fi mode". Wait for the LED to blink slowly, indicating that it is ready for connection. Then open the free Elipson app (available on the App Store or Google Play) and follow the on-screen instructions. To activate WPS mode, briefly press the WPS button located at the back of the device; you will hear the message "Searching for Wi-Fi connection".
