●取り付けネジは、確実に固定してご使用ください。取り付けネジがゆるんでいると、部品の脱落や三脚の転倒、双眼鏡を破損することがあります。
●三脚アダプターの天面のネジは取り外さないでください。また、双眼鏡を使用する前に、ネジにゆるみがないことを毎回確認してください。
- 双眼鏡WXの場合、三脚アダプターを取り付けたまま、ケースに収納することもできます。観察場所を移動するときは、三脚アダプターを三脚から取り外し、双眼鏡に取り付けたままケースに収納してください。
なお、長期保管の際は三脚アダプターを双眼鏡から取り外してケースの所定の位置に収納してください。
●双眼鏡を三脚に装着したまま移動すると、思わぬ事故に繋がる危険性があることから推奨しません。
●三脚アダプターを双眼鏡に取り付けたまま移動する場合は、三脚アダプターを持たずに、双眼鏡を持つようにしてください。

三脚アダプター TRA-5を双眼鏡に取り付ける

※ 双眼鏡WXの場合は重いため、落下させないよう、十分ご注意ください。
※ ②、③、⑤は、(図1)の各部の名称を示しています。
1）双眼鏡の眼幅を開きます。
2) 三脚アダプターの②クランプ部品の③取り付けネジをコインなどで反時計回りに回して取り外します。
3) 三脚アダプターを双眼鏡の対物レンズ側から中心軸に差し込みます。

- 三脚アダプターの⑤中心軸保持部を双眼鏡の中心軸に合わせてください(図2)。

- 双眼鏡を傷つけないようご注意ください。

4) ②クランプ部品を三脚アダプターに取り付けて、③取り付けネジを時計回りに回し、三脚アダプターを双眼鏡にしっかり固定します。

指でねじ込んだ後、コインなどでねじ込みます。

5) 双眼鏡の眼幅を微調整します。

取り付けた状態は、(図3)のようになります。

双眼鏡WXの場合、三脚アダプターを取り付けたまま、ケースに収納することもできます。

Safety precautions

Strictly observe the following guidelines in order to use the equipment properly and avoid potentially dangerous accidents.

1 Before use, thoroughly read the "Safety precautions" and "Attaching tripod adapter TRA-5 to the binoculars" in this Instruction manual for correct use.

2 Keep these instructions within easy reach for reference.
In order to protect you and third parties from possible injury and/or property damage or loss, you are kindly requested to pay close attention to all instructions, warnings and cautions regarding the use and care of this product.

CAUTION

This indication alerts you to the fact that any improper use ignoring the contents described herein can result in potential injury or may cause only physical damage.

• Securely attach to the tripod by firmly tightening the locking screw of the tripod mount. Be sure to also check that the locking screw is not loose during use.
• Use only after securely tightening the attachment screw. If it is loose, parts may become detached and cause damage to the binoculars.
• Do not remove the screws on the top side of the tripod adapter. Also check that the screws are not loose every time before using the binoculars.
• You can store the Binoculars WX in the case while the tripod adapter is attached. When moving from one place to another, remove the tripod adapter from the tripod, and store it in the case while it is attached to the binoculars.

When storing for long periods, remove the tripod adapter from the binoculars and store it in the specified location in the case.

We do not recommend that you move places while the binoculars are mounted on the tripod because this may cause unexpected accidents.
- When moving with the tripod adapter attached to the binoculars, be sure to hold the binoculars, not the tripod adapter.

Attaching tripod adapter TRA-5 to the binoculars

* Make sure not to drop the Binoculars WX because they are heavy.
* ②, ③, and ⑤ refer to the parts indicated in (Fig. 1).
1) Open the interpupillary distance on the binoculars.
2) Rotate the attachment screw (③) of the clamp (②) on the tripod adapter counter-clockwise using a coin, etc. to remove the clamp.
3) Insert the tripod adapter from the objective lens side of the binoculars.

Set the central shaft of the binoculars into the central shaft holder (⑤) of the tripod adapter (Fig. 2).

Make sure not to damage the binoculars.

4) Attach the clamp (②) to the tripod adapter, and rotate the attachment screw (③) clockwise to fasten the binoculars to the tripod adapter. • After tightening using your fingers, tighten using a coin, etc.

5) Finely adjust the interpupillary distance on the binoculars.

Attachment is finished as shown in (Fig. 3).

You can store the Binoculars WX in the case while the tripod adapter is attached.
