Wie schließe ich das Telefon an?

Verbinden Sie das Telefon über das mitgelieferte Netzwerkkabel mit Ihrem Router oder Switch. Wenn Ihr Netzwerk PoE unterstützt, ist keine separate Stromversorgung nötig. Andernfalls schließen Sie das Netzteil an. Schließen Sie den Hörer an der mit Handset gekennzeichneten Buchse an.

Kann ich das Telefon an der Wand montieren?

Ja, das Telefon kann an der Wand montiert werden. Verwenden Sie eine handelsübliche Wandhalterung (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht geknickt werden.

Wie stelle ich die Lautstärke ein?

Drücken Sie während eines Gesprächs die Lautstärke-Tasten (+) oder (-) auf der Tastatur. Die Einstellung wird im Display angezeigt. Für die Freisprechlautstärke gehen Sie ins Menü unter Einstellungen > Audio > Freisprechlautstärke.

Wie richte ich die Kurzwahl ein?

Gehen Sie ins Menü, wählen Sie Telefonbuch > Kurzwahl. Wählen Sie einen Speicherplatz (0-9) und weisen Sie einen Kontakt zu. Bestätigen Sie mit der OK-Taste.

Was tun, wenn kein Freizeichen ertönt?

Überprüfen Sie die Netzwerkverbindung: Leuchtet die LAN-Anzeige? Prüfen Sie, ob das Telefon Strom hat (PoE oder Netzteil). Starten Sie das Telefon neu, indem Sie das Netzteil für 10 Sekunden trennen. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, kontaktieren Sie Ihren VoIP-Anbieter.

Wie aktualisiere ich die Firmware?

Die Firmware wird automatisch über den Provisioning-Server aktualisiert, sofern Ihr Netzwerk dies unterstützt. Sie können manuell prüfen unter Einstellungen > System > Firmware-Update. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Display.

Ist das Telefon mit VoIP-Anbietern kompatibel?

Ja, das Alcatel IP1020 ist ein SIP-basiertes IP-Telefon und kompatibel mit den meisten VoIP-Anbietern, die SIP unterstützen. Die Konfigurationsdaten (SIP-Server, Benutzername, Passwort) erhalten Sie von Ihrem Anbieter.

Wie setze ich das Telefon auf Werkseinstellungen zurück?

Wenn kein PoE zur Verfügung steht, verwenden Sie ein Netzteil mit 5V DC Ausgang und mindestens 1A. Der Stecker ist ein Hohlstecker mit 2,1 mm Innendurchmesser. Verwenden Sie nur das von Alcatel empfohlene Zubehör.

Wie pflege ich das Telefon richtig?

Reinigen Sie die Außenseiten mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder Flüssigkeiten. Vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Steckverbindungen.

Phone web interface

- Press → to access main menu.

- Select Status → Network Status. Check IP address

- Open a web browser on your computer. Enter http:// and the IP address in the address bar and confirm

- Default login and password are "admin/0000" for administrator and "userx/0000" for users, where x is handset number

- Minimum config is sip account. Select System → SIP Account Management. Check administrator guide for details. Note: you can also configure sip account using handset keypad. Go to Menu → Settings → VoIP Account Setup

Making a call

+ Pre-ciajing: enter the phone number and press [6].

• Direct dialing: press ☑ Enter the phone number.

+ Handsfree: enter the phone number and press twice.

- Headset: connect the headset to the phone, enter phone number and press.

Note: to place a call from a specific line, make a long press on ☐, select the desired line and press ☐

Accepting a call

- Handset mode press

+ Headset mode press

- Handsfree mode: press 1 twice

Putting a call on hold

- Select Held with navigator and press

• To retrieve the call, select Unhold with navigator and press

Note: with more than one active call, select call with Switch softkey.

3-party conference

- Once in line with 1st caller, press 2nd Call softkey, then select the type of call and press

• Dial 2nd party number or select handset and press

Note: you may be asked to select the line to use for the second call.

Call transfer

Allended transfer

- Once in line with 1st caller, press 2nd Call softkey, then select the type of call and press OK.

• Dial the second telephone number or select handset

- When the call is answered, select Transfer from call options list to complete the transfer

Bind transfer:

- Once in line with 1st caler, press Transfer softkey.

• Dial the destination telephone number and press Transfer soft key.

Call forward

• Press ☑ to open main menu. Select Services → Call Forward.
• Select the line for which you want to set call forward.

• To locate your handsets, press the paging key ☐ on the base. Press again to cancel,
• To make an internal call to another handset, press INT key, select the desired handset from the list and press

Add new entry

Do not Disturb

• Select the line for which you want to set DND feature.
