Comment régler la date et l’heure sur la balance CAS CL7200-PH300 ?
Utilisez les paramètres 530 (format date) et 531 (format heure) dans le menu réglages. Pour la date, entrez le code 530 et choisissez le format (ex. 1 pour MM/DD/YY). Pour l’heure, code 531 avec 0 pour HH:MM 24h ou 1 pour 12h AM/PM.
Comment changer la langue d’affichage ?
La langue se règle via le paramètre 980 (Use Korean for USA) pour le coréen, mais pour d’autres langues, il faut télécharger la notice traduite. Contactez le support CAS pour les langues disponibles.
Comment étalonner la balance ?
L’étalonnage nécessite un accès aux paramètres usine (800-899). Mettez la balance en mode étalonnage (généralement en appuyant sur une combinaison de touches). Suivez les instructions du manuel paramètre pour le code 894 (si défini). En cas de doute, contactez un technicien agréé.
Comment imprimer une étiquette avec code-barres ?
Assurez-vous que le paramètre 557 (Scanner Working Mode) est réglé sur 0 (scan appel PLU). Sélectionnez un PLU, placez l’article sur le plateau, puis appuyez sur la touche d’impression. L’étiquette sera imprimée avec le poids, le prix et le code-barres.
Comment définir une tare manuelle ?
Placez le contenant vide sur la balance, appuyez sur la touche TARE. Le poids affiché revient à zéro. La valeur de tare est conservée jusqu’à ce que vous l’annuliez. Pour une tare prédéfinie, utilisez le paramètre 584 (Use TARE Table No).
Comment connecter un scanner de code-barres ?
Branchez le scanner sur le port PS/2 (paramètre 556 : Use PS2 port for Scanner = Y). Réglez le paramètre 557 sur 0 pour que le scan appelle directement le PLU. Le scanner doit être compatible.
Comment connecter la balance au réseau Ethernet ?
Activez le paramètre 730 (Ethernet TCP/IP) sur Y. Connectez le câble RJ45. Si vous utilisez le Wi-Fi, activez le paramètre 731 (Wireless Bridge) sur Y. Les paramètres réseau détaillés se trouvent dans le menu réseau.
Comment réinitialiser la balance aux paramètres d’usine ?
L’accès aux paramètres usine nécessite un mot de passe (par défaut 000419). Via le menu d’étalonnage, vous pouvez rétablir les valeurs par défaut. Attention : cela efface tous les réglages. Consultez le manuel pour la procédure exacte.
Comment modifier le prix unitaire d’un article ?
Appelez le PLU souhaité, puis appuyez sur la touche de modification de prix. Entrez le nouveau prix à l’aide du clavier numérique et validez. Le paramètre 573 (Allow Unit Price Change) doit être sur Y pour autoriser cette modification.
Que faire en cas de message d’erreur à l’écran ?
Les erreurs sont généralement accompagnées d’un code. Le paramètre 886 (ErrorMsg Clear Timeout) définit le temps d’affichage. Si l’erreur persiste, notez le code et consultez le manuel. Les erreurs courantes : surcharge, tare incorrecte, défaut d’impression. Réduisez la charge ou vérifiez les paramètres.

The Parameter Setting Menu allows you to input Function Codes to change the CL7200's predefined settings. These settings determine how the scale operates and should only be changed if you are certain about the effect they will have on scale operations. In some cases these settings should not be changed without first checking with the local government agency.
There are two levels of Parameter Settings, Factory and Dealer. The Factory Settings are numbered 800 - 899 and can only be accessed through the Calibration Mode. The Dealer Settings are numbered 500 - 799 and can be accessed either through the Calibration Mode or by pressing the ZERO key while in the main Programming Menu and entering the System Password.
