Comment charger les écouteurs ?
Placez les écouteurs dans le boîtier de charge. Branchez le câble USB-C fourni au boîtier et à une source d'alimentation. La charge complète des écouteurs prend environ 2 heures, celle du boîtier également.
Comment associer les écouteurs avec mon téléphone ?
Ouvrez le couvercle du boîtier, les écouteurs s'allument automatiquement et passent en mode appairage. Activez le Bluetooth de votre téléphone et sélectionnez 'JBL Vibe 100 TWS' dans la liste des appareils.'
Que faire si un seul écouteur ne fonctionne pas ?
Vérifiez que les deux écouteurs sont chargés. Si un seul ne s'allume pas, placez-le dans le boîtier puis retirez-le. Réinitialisez les écouteurs si nécessaire : appuyez 5 fois sur le bouton de chaque écouteur en même temps.
Comment réinitialiser les écouteurs ?
Placez les écouteurs dans le boîtier et fermez le couvercle. Appuyez simultanément 5 fois sur les boutons des deux écouteurs. Le voyant clignotera en blanc pour confirmer la réinitialisation.
Quelle est l'autonomie réelle de la batterie ?
Les écouteurs offrent jusqu'à 6 heures d'écoute sur une charge. Le boîtier fournit 3 charges supplémentaires, pour une autonomie totale de 24 heures. Les résultats peuvent varier selon le volume et l'utilisation.
Les écouteurs sont-ils résistants à l'eau ?
Oui, ils sont certifiés IPX4, ce qui signifie qu'ils résistent aux éclaboussures et à la sueur. Ils ne doivent pas être immergés dans l'eau.
Comment changer les embouts ?
Retirez délicatement l'embout en tirant. Alignez le nouvel embout avec le tube de l'écouteur et poussez jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche. Choisissez la taille qui offre le meilleur confort et une bonne isolation.

Oui, les deux écouteurs peuvent être utilisés indépendamment. Lorsque vous utilisez un seul écouteur, le microphone de celui-ci est actif pour les appels.
