Comment connecter la station d'accueil Ednet Mellow à mon ordinateur portable ?

Branchez le cable USB ou USB-C de la station sur un port disponible de votre ordinateur portable. Sous Windows, les pilotes s'installent automatiquement en quelques secondes. Sous macOS, aucun pilote supplementaire n'est generalement necessaire.

Pourquoi mon ecran externe n'affiche rien apres connexion ?

Verifiez que le cable video (HDMI ou autre) est bien enfonce des deux cotes. Assurez-vous que la station est alimentee et reconnue par le systeme. Sur Windows, utilisez le raccourci Win + P pour selectionner le mode d'affichage (Etendre ou Dupliquer).

La station d'accueil charge-t-elle mon ordinateur portable ?

Cela depend du modele exact et de la puissance disponible sur le port USB-C. Consultez la fiche produit de votre version pour verifier si la fonctionnalite Power Delivery est incluse et quelle puissance maximale est supportee.

Mes peripheriques USB connectes a la station ne sont pas reconnus. Que faire ?

Debranchez la station, attendez 10 secondes, puis rebranchez-la. Essayez un autre port USB de votre ordinateur. Si le probleme persiste, verifiez dans le gestionnaire de peripheriques Windows si une erreur est signalee et reinstallez le pilote si necessaire.

Puis-je utiliser la station d'accueil Ednet Mellow avec un Mac ?

Les stations d'accueil Ednet sont generalement compatibles avec macOS. Connectez simplement la station via USB ou USB-C : les ports USB, audio et carte reseau sont reconnus nativement. Certains ports video peuvent necessiter une mise a jour de macOS.

La connexion Ethernet via la station ne fonctionne pas. Comment resoudre le probleme ?

Verifiez que le cable RJ45 est bien branche. Sur Windows, ouvrez le Gestionnaire de peripheriques et recherchez d'eventuelles erreurs sur l'adaptateur reseau USB. Un simple rebranchement de la station resout souvent le probleme.

Comment lire une carte SD ou microSD via la station ?

Inserez la carte dans le logement correspondant (SD ou microSD) jusqu'au clic. Elle apparait automatiquement comme un lecteur dans l'explorateur de fichiers sous Windows ou dans le Finder sous macOS. Aucun logiciel supplementaire n'est requis.

La station d'accueil chauffe-t-elle lors d'une utilisation prolongee ?

Un leger echauffement est normal pendant l'utilisation. Placez la station sur une surface plane et degagee pour favoriser la ventilation. Si elle devient tres chaude ou que des peripheriques se deconnectent, verifiez que le port USB de l'ordinateur fournit une tension suffisante.

Est-il possible d'utiliser simultanement plusieurs ecrans avec la station Ednet Mellow ?

Charging

• Fully charge the battery before operating the device for the first time.
• Connect to PC USB port or charging adapter, the blue LED lights up, indicating the charging state; the LED turns off after the device is fully charged.

Caution

The speaker is equipped with a built-in lithium battery. Do not disassemble or replace the battery. Do not leave the speaker in high temperatures or dispose of in fire.

Note

a. This Bluetooth speaker can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time; if it is to be connected to another device, power off the speaker and repeat the pairing steps below.
b. This Bluetooth speaker can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. If you do not know if the speaker is connected to another device, first disconnect and then connect to the desired device. The maximum distance between the 2 Bluetooth devices is 10m .
c. If there is another Bluetooth device in operation nearby, interference may occur. In case of interferences move the Bluetooth device away.

Bluetooth connection

• Power the speaker on, the LED lights up and you hear the voice prompt "Bluetooth® mode".
• Turn on the Bluetooth® function in your mobile device to search the model ednet 33050 in the device list and click to connect the Bluetooth® device with the speaker. When hearing the door gong, pairing is completed.
• Press the button once to play/pause music and press the « button to skip to the next song; press and hold this button to increase the volume. Press the » button to skip to the previous song; press and hold this button to decrease the volume.

Audio connection (AUX in)

• Power the speaker on and connect an Aux-in cable to Audio In of the speaker and Audio Out of your mobile device or PC/notesbook, etc.
• Press the button to mute the sound; press and hold the button to increase the volume and the button to decrease the volume.

FM mode

• Connect the micro USB cable to be used as antenna.
• Power the speaker on and press and hold the M button to switch to FM mode; you hear the voice prompt "FM mode".
• Press the button once to play/pause the radio channel. Press the button to select the next channel; press the button to select the previous channel. Press and hold the button to increase the volume and the button to decrease the volume.

Mode switch

a. Power the Bluetooth® speaker on. Default mode is Bluetooth® connection.
b. Press and hold the M button to cycle through the 3 modes: Bluetooth®/FM radio/AUX-In.
