CONSIGLI PER L'USO

In quello paragrafo troverete alcuni consigli utili sulla composizione degli ingredienti necessari per realizzare un ottimo yogurt naturale. Le principali composizioni sono le seguenti:

a) Latte fresco o pastorizzato ^+ fermenti lattici liofilizzati o yogurt naturale.
b) Latte intero pastorizzato + fermenti lattici liofilizzati o yogurt naturale.
c) Latte in polvere ^+ fermenti lattici liofilizzati o yogurt naturale.

d) Latte di soia ^+ fermenti lattici liofilizzati o yogurt di soia.

1. è preferibile l'uso di fermenti lattici liofilizzati e, solo come seconda soluzione, si consiglia l'utilizzo dello yogurt naturale.
2. Il latte in polvere deve essere bollito prima dell'utilizzo. Lasciare raffreddare naturalmente il latte in polvere ad una temperatura di 40^ o inferiore prima di preparare il composto per lo yogurt. Si consiglia, inoltre, di filtrare il latte in polvere prima dell'uso. Controllare la qualità degli ingredienti e l'integrità delle confezioni prima di utilizzarli per la preparazione del composto.
3. La quantità di fermenti lattici liofilizzati da utilizzato è individata nella confazione dei fermenti.

PREPARAZIONE DELLO YOGURT

1. Versare 1 litro di latte in una casseruola e, tenendo la fiamma bassa, mescolare fino al raggiungimento dei 42^ - 44^ , temperatura ideale per facilitare la trasformazione del lattosio in acido lattico.
2. Versare la polvere di fermenti lattici (la proportione con il latte è 1:500, per più informazioni consultare la confezione dei fermenti) o lo yogurt naturale (1 vasetto da 125ml per 800cc di latte) in un bicchiere
3. Prendere 200ml del latte preparato in precedenza eaggiungervi la polvere o lo yogurt mescolando per bene fino alla solubilizzazione. A quello punto, versare la miscela ottenua nel rimanente latte e escomalore accuratamente. Versare la miscela di latte direttamente nel contentatore (4).

NOTA: per aiutare la fermentazione, soprattutto nel caso di latte di soia, si consiglia di aggiungere un cucchiaio di zucchero.

FUNZIONAMENTO

1. Posizione la yogurtiera su una superfice piana e stabile.
2. Pulire l'interno della yogurtiera con uno straccio leggermente umido ed asciugare accuramente.
3. Posizione are il contentitore, alla il suo coperchio (3), con il composto all'interno dell'apparecchio e chiudere con il coperchio (2).
4. Collegare l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente. La luce di funzionamento (6) di accenderà.
5. Lasciar riposo il preparato nel contentatore per 10-12 ore, ricordando che maggiore sare il tempo di riposo nella yogurtiera, maggiore sare la densità dello yogurt.
6. Conclusa l'opération, estrarre il contentatore e lasciar raffreddare quale minuto a temperatura ambiente prima di riporlo nel frigorifero. Consumare entro 5 giorni.

NOTA: per garantire un risultato ottimore, l'apparecchio deve rimanere immobile durante il funzionamento. Si consiglia pertanto di non muovera la yogurtiera e non rimuovere il coperchio durante l'uso.

PREPARAZIONE YOGURT GRECO

Lo yogurt greco è caratterizzato da una maggiore densità. Per ottenerlo, dopo aver fatto lo yogurt normale, quello fa filtrato del siero in effesso, come segue.

• Preendale il contentitore piccolo ed inserirvi ilhetto.
• Versare lo yogurt appena preparato con la procedura normale nel contentitore con filtro.
• Chiudere con il coperchio e mettere in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.
• Estrarre dal frigorifero:
• La parte rimasta nel filtrò è lo yogurt greco. Conservare in un contentitore sigillato
• La parte liquida nel contentatore può esseregettata,oppureutilizzata comeaggiunta di proteine in pane e zuppe.

PULIZIA

Staccare la spina dalla presa elettrica e lasciar raffreddare agli parte prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di pulizia.

• Non utilizzato detergenti abrasivi per pulire l'unità, perché potrebbero graffiare la superficie. Pulire l'apparecchio con un panno umido o una spugna e sapone neutro. Asciuquire accuramente agli parte prima di utilizzato nuovamente l'apparecchio.

• Non immershigere il corpo principale (5) ed il cavo elettrico in acqua o in altri liquidi.
• Lavare contentatore (3), coperchio contentatore (4) ed coperchio della yogurtiera (2) a mano con detersivo per piatti e sciacquare con acqua corrente.

OPERATION TIPS

In this section you will find some useful tips on the composition of the ingredients you need to make delicious natural yogurt. The main compositions are the following:

a) Fresh milk or pasteurized ^+ lactobacillus or natural yogurt.
b) Pasteurized whole milk + plain yogurt or lactobacillus.
c) Milk powder + natural yogurt or lactobacillus.
d) Soymilk + lactobacillus or soy yogurt.

1. We suggest the use of lactobacillus and, only as a second choice, we recommend the use of natural yogurt.

2. Powdered milk must be boiled before use. Allow the milk to cool naturally at a temperature of 40^ or lower before preparing the mixture for the yogurt. It is also recommended to filter the powdered milk before use.

3. Check the quality of the ingredients and the integrity of the packaging before using.

4. The amount of lactobacillus to be used is indicated in the package.

PREPARATION

1. Pour 1 liter of fresh milk in a pan and, maintaining a low flame, stirring until it reaches 42 - 44^ temperature, the ideal to facilitate the transformation of lactose into lactic acid.
2. Pour the powder of lactobacillus (the proportion with milk is 1:500, for more information, please see the packaging), or the plain yogurt (125ml for 800ml of milk) in a glass.

OPERATION

1. Place the yogurt maker on a flat and stable surface.
2. Wipe the inner part of the yogurt maker with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
3. Place the container, without its lid (3), with the mixture inside the unit and close the lid (2).
4. Connect the appliance to the power outlet. The operating lamp (6) will light on.
5. Allow the container to rest for 10-12 hours, according to the density you want to reach.
6. Once completed the operation, remove the container and let it cool a few minutes at room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.

NOTE: to ensure optimal results, do not move yogurt maker for any reason and don't open the lid during use.

GREEK YOGURT

Greek yogurt is more dense. To obtain it, after making normal yogurt, you must filter the exceeding liquid:

• Take the small container and put the filter in it.
• Pour the yogurt just prepared with the above procedure in the container with filter.
• Close the lid and put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
• Take out from refrigerator:
• The part in the filter is the greek yogurt. Store in a sealed container
• You can get rid of the liquid part in the container or use as protein add in bread and soups.

CLEANING

Unplug the unit and wait until the complete cooling down of each part before starting cleaning operations.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the unit, as this may scratch the surface. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap. Thoroughly dry all parts before using the unit again.
• Do not immerse the main body (5) and the power cord in water or other liquids.

ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE

In thisem Abschnitt finden Sie eine nützliche Tipps zur Zusammensetzung der Zutaten, die Sie für die Herstellung von kostlichem Naturjoghurt benöttigen. Die Hauptkompositionen sind die folgenden:

a) Frische Milch oder pasteurisiert ^+ Laktobacillus oder Naturjoghurt.
b) Pasteurisierte Vollmilch + Naturjoghurt oder Laktobazillus.
c) Milchpulver + Naturjoghurt oder Laktobazillus.
d) Sojamilch + Laktobacillus oder Sojajoghurt.

1. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Laktobazillen und, nur als zweite Wahl, die Verwendung von Naturjoghurt.
2. Milchpulver muss vor dem Gebrauch gekocht werden. Lassen Sie die Milch auf natürliche Weise bei einer Temperatur von 40^ oder niedriger abkühlen, bevor Sie die Mischung für den JoghurtVBbereiten. Es wird auch empfohlen, das Milchpulver vor der Anwendung zu filtern.
3. Überprüfen Sie vor der Verwendung die Qualität der Zutaten und die Unversehrlichkeit der Verpackung.
4. Die Menge des zu verwendenden Laktobazillen ist in der Verpackung angegeben.

ZUBEREITUNG

1. Gießen Sie 1 Liter H- Milch (am besten 3,5% ) in den Innenbehälter des Bereiters.
2. Ruhren Sie den Inhalt eines Probioghurt Sachets sorgfältig mit einem Schneebesen in die Milch.

HINWEIS: Zur Unterstützung der Gärung bei Sojadrink, oder laktosefreiier Milch, wird empfohlen, einen Löffel Zucker hinzuzufügen.

BETRIEB

1. Stellen Sie den Joghurtbereiter auf eine ebene und stabile Oberfläche.
2. Wischen Sie den inneren Teil des Joghurtherstellers mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch ab und trocknen Sie ihn gründlich.
3. Stellen Sie den Behälter ohne Deckel (3) mit der Mischung in das Gerät und schlieben Sie den Deckel (2).
4. Schlieben Sie das Gerät an die Steckdose an. Die Betriebsleuche (6) leuchtet auf.
5. Lassen Sie den Behälter 10-12 Stunden ruhen, je nachdem, welche Festigkeit Sie erreichen möchten.
6. Nach Abschluss der Reifezeit den Behälter Herausnahmen und einige Minuten bei Raumtemperatur abkühlen halten, bevor er im Kühlschrank gelagert wird.

HINWEIS: Um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen, bewegen Sie den Joghurtbereiter aus keinem Grund und offen den Deckel nicht während der Verwendung.

GRIECHISCHER JOGHURT

Griechischer Joghurt ist fester. Umihn zu erhalten, müssen Sie nach der Herstellung von normalem Joghurt die überschüsse Flüssigkeit wie folgt filtern:

• Nehmen Sie den kleinen Behälter und steck den Filter hinein.
• Den soeben lubereiteten Joghurt in den Behälter mit Filter fullen.
• Schlieben Sie den Deckel und stellen Sieihn für mindestens 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank.
• Aus dem Kühlschrank fühmen:
• Der Teil im Filter ist der griechische Joghurt. In einem verschlossenen Behälter aufbewahren.
• Sie können den flüssigen Teil im Behälter für Trinkmolke verwenden, oder als Proteinzusatz in Brot und Suppen.

FRISCHKÄSE

Für Frischkäse halten Sie den Probioghurt im Siebeinsatz über mehrere Stunden stehen, bis er die gewünschte Festigkeit erreicht. Anschließlich konnen Sieihn nach Belieben mit Kräutern, oder Gewürzen mischen

REINIGUNG

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und warten Sie bis zur vollständigen Abkuhlung der einzelnen Teile, bevor Sie mit der Arbeit beginnen.

Reinigungsrarbeiten. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Geräts keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da thisdie Oberfläche zerkratzen kann. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm und milder Seite. Trocknen Sie alle Teile gründlich, bevor Sie das Gerät wiederverwenden.

• Das Hauptgehäuse (5) und das Netzkabel nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.
• Den Behälter, den Behälterdeckel (3) und den Deckel (2) von Hand mit Geschirrspülmittel reinigen und mit Leitungsswasser abspären.
