Comment installer l'imprimante SP C352DN pour la première fois ?

Déballez l'imprimante, retirez tous les rubans adhésifs, installez la cartouche toner, puis connectez le câble d'alimentation et le câble USB ou Ethernet. Allumez l'appareil et suivez les instructions à l'écran. Téléchargez les pilotes depuis le site Ricoh.

Comment connecter l'imprimante en Wi-Fi ?

Appuyez sur le bouton Menu, sélectionnez Paramètres réseau, puis Wi-Fi. Choisissez votre réseau et entrez le mot de passe. Vous pouvez également utiliser la fonction WPS en appuyant sur le bouton WPS de votre routeur.

Que faire si l'imprimante n'imprime pas après une mise en veille prolongée ?

Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pour sortir de veille. Si elle ne répond pas, débranchez-la pendant 30 secondes, puis rebranchez-la. Vérifiez que le pilote est correctement installé et que l'imprimante est définie comme périphérique par défaut.

Comment remplacer la cartouche toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant, retirez l'ancienne cartouche en la tirant doucement. Déballez la nouvelle cartouche, retirez le film protecteur, insérez-la dans le logement jusqu'au déclic. Fermez le capot et lancez un nettoyage depuis le panneau de contrôle.

L'imprimante affiche 'Bourrage papier', comment résoudre ?

Ouvrez le capot arrière et le bac papier. Retirez délicatement tout papier coincé en tirant dans le sens de l'alimentation. Vérifiez que le papier n'est pas froissé. Refermez les capots et appuyez sur OK pour effacer le message.

Peut-on imprimer depuis un smartphone ?

Oui, l'imprimante supporte AirPrint (iOS), Mopria (Android) et Google Cloud Print. Assurez-vous que votre smartphone est connecté au même réseau Wi-Fi que l'imprimante. Sélectionnez l'imprimante dans les options d'impression.

Comment effectuer un nettoyage des têtes d'impression ?

Depuis le panneau de contrôle, allez dans Paramètres > Maintenance > Nettoyage tête. L'imprimante lancera un cycle automatique. Vous pouvez également utiliser un chiffon non pelucheux légèrement humide pour l'extérieur.

Pourquoi les impressions couleur sont-elles décolorées ?

Vérifiez le niveau de toner couleur et remplacez si nécessaire. Assurez-vous que les paramètres d'impression sont corrects (qualité élevée). Effectuez une calibration depuis le menu maintenance. Les pilotes doivent être à jour.

Comment configurer l'impression recto-verso automatique ?

Allez dans les préférences d'impression de votre logiciel, sélectionnez Recto-verso ou Duplex. Sur l'imprimante, vérifiez que l'option est activée dans le menu Paramètres d'impression. Utilisez du papier de 80 g/m² pour de meilleurs résultats.

Où trouver le numéro de série de l'imprimante ?

Le numéro de série se trouve sur une étiquette au dos de l'imprimante, près du port USB. Vous pouvez également l'afficher en appuyant sur le bouton Info sur le panneau de contrôle.
