How to install the SP C352DN printer for the first time?

Unpack the printer, remove all adhesive tapes, install the toner cartridge, then connect the power cord and the USB or Ethernet cable. Turn on the device and follow the on-screen instructions. Download the drivers from the Ricoh website.

How to connect the printer via Wi-Fi?

Press the Menu button, select Network Settings, then Wi-Fi. Choose your network and enter the password. You can also use the WPS function by pressing the WPS button on your router.

What to do if the printer does not print after extended standby?

Press the power button to wake up. If it does not respond, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Check that the driver is properly installed and that the printer is set as the default device.

How to replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge by gently pulling it out. Unpack the new cartridge, remove the protective film, insert it into the slot until it clicks. Close the cover and start a cleaning from the control panel.

The printer shows 'Paper jam', how to fix?

Open the rear cover and the paper tray. Carefully remove any jammed paper by pulling in the direction of the feed. Check that the paper is not wrinkled. Close the covers and press OK to clear the message.

Can I print from a smartphone?

Yes, the printer supports AirPrint (iOS), Mopria (Android), and Google Cloud Print. Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer. Select the printer in the printing options.

How to clean the print heads?

From the control panel, go to Settings > Maintenance > Head Cleaning. The printer will run an automatic cycle. You can also use a slightly damp lint-free cloth for the exterior.

Why are color prints faded?

Check the color toner level and replace if necessary. Make sure the print settings are correct (high quality). Perform a calibration from the maintenance menu. The drivers must be up to date.

How to set up automatic duplex printing?

Go to the print preferences of your software, select Two-sided or Duplex. On the printer, check that the option is enabled in the Print Settings menu. Use 80 g/m² paper for best results.

Where to find the printer serial number?

The serial number is on a label on the back of the printer, near the USB port. You can also display it by pressing the Info button on the control panel.
