Comment installer le clavier et la souris sans fil ?

Insérez deux piles AA dans la souris et deux piles AA dans le clavier. Branchez le récepteur USB sur un port USB de votre ordinateur. Ensuite, insérez le CD fourni et suivez les instructions à l'écran pour installer le pilote.

Que faire si la souris ou le clavier ne fonctionne pas ?

Vérifiez d'abord l'état des piles : remplacez-les si nécessaire. Assurez-vous que le récepteur est bien branché. Si le problème persiste, réinitialisez le canal ID en appuyant sur le bouton de connexion du récepteur, puis sur celui de chaque périphérique dans les 20 secondes.

Quels types de piles utiliser ?

Utilisez des piles alcalines AA. Ne mélangez jamais des piles de types différents. N'utilisez pas de piles au manganèse. Pour les piles rechargeables, chargez-les et déchargez-les complètement au moins une fois avant la première utilisation.

Comment réinitialiser le canal ID ?

Appuyez sur le bouton de connexion situé sur le récepteur ; le voyant vert clignote. Ensuite, appuyez sur le bouton de connexion de la souris et du clavier dans les 20 secondes. Le voyant s'éteint lorsque la connexion est établie.

Pourquoi certaines touches du clavier ne fonctionnent-elles pas ?

Les touches de raccourci (comme Word, Excel, etc.) nécessitent l'installation du pilote. Assurez-vous d'avoir installé le pilote fourni sur le CD avant d'utiliser ces fonctions.

Y a-t-il des interférences avec d'autres périphériques sans fil ?

Cet ensemble utilise la fréquence 27 MHz. Si un autre ensemble sans fil 27 MHz se trouve dans un rayon de 10 mètres, des interférences peuvent se produire. Dans ce cas, essayez de déplacer les périphériques ou de changer le canal ID.

Comment utiliser la molette Magic-Roller ?

La molette Magic-Roller permet de faire défiler les pages Web et les documents Windows. Il suffit de la faire tourner vers le haut ou vers le bas pour naviguer.

Que faire si le voyant vert ne s'allume pas ?

Vérifiez que les piles sont correctement installées et qu'elles ne sont pas déchargées. Si le voyant reste éteint, réinitialisez le canal ID comme décrit dans la FAQ.

Puis utiliser cet ensemble avec Windows 10 ?

Le manuel indique la compatibilité avec Windows XP/2000/Vista. Il peut fonctionner avec des versions ultérieures, mais certaines touches de raccourci pourraient nécessiter une configuration supplémentaire. Nous recommandons de vérifier le site du fabricant pour les pilotes mis à jour.

Comment nettoyer le clavier et la souris ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour essuyer la surface. N'utilisez pas de solvants ni de liquides qui pourraient endommager les composants électroniques.

Hardware Installation

1. Install two AA batteries each into the mouse and keyboard.
2. Plug in your USB receiver to a USB port of your PC.

Software Installation

1. Place your CD driver in your PC drive for software installation.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the software installation.

Replace Batteries

If the mouse or keyboard does not work properly, then the batteries have lost their charge, so you need to replace them.

Warning: do not mix or use different types of batteries at the same time.

ID Channel Setting

The channel ID is factory preset. The green LED (data transmission indicator) will be lit constantly when the wireless device is in normal operation. In case your wireless devices do not work, reset the ID channel by:

1. Press the connect button on the receiver and the LED will be blinking for connection.
2. Press the connect button on each wireless device within 20 seconds and observe if the LED light on the receiver has gone off. If yes, it means the wireless device is ready for use.

"Warning (Trouble shooting)

1. The wireless desktop set provides 256 ID codes, and it selects the ID # for your wireless devices. You can only set up one wireless desktop at a time. If you have another 27Mhz wireless desktop set within 10 square meters, there may be interference between the wireless devices.
2. Some of keyboard buttons may not work until the driver has been installed. We recommend you install the driver first before you use this product.
3. To re-program other media programs, software installation is required.

Notes on Battery Usage

When you use the battery, carefully read and strictly observe the Safety Instructions and the notes described below:

• Different battery types and surrounding temperatures may affect the battery performance.
• Avoid using batteries in extremely cold environments as low temperatures can shorten the battery life and reduce wireless device performance.
  If you are using a new rechargeable battery or rechargeable battery that has not been used for an extended period of time (batteries that pass the expiry date are exceptions) it might affect the period of time you can use this device. Therefore, to maximize their performance and lifetime, we recommend that you fully charge the batteries and discharge them for at least one complete cycle before use.
  The battery may feel warm when using the wireless device for an extended period of time. This is normal and not a malfunction.
  The wireless device may feel warm when being used continuously or for an extended period of time. This is normal and not a malfunction.
  If you will not be using the batteries for an extended period of time, remove them from the wireless device to prevent leakage or corrosion.
  Always keep the terminals in a clean state.
