How to install the wireless keyboard and mouse?

Insert two AA batteries into the mouse and two AA batteries into the keyboard. Plug the USB receiver into a USB port on your computer. Then insert the provided CD and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

What to do if the mouse or keyboard does not work?

First check the battery status: replace them if necessary. Make sure the receiver is properly plugged in. If the problem persists, reset the ID channel by pressing the connection button on the receiver, then on each device within 20 seconds.

What types of batteries should I use?

Use AA alkaline batteries. Never mix different types of batteries. Do not use manganese batteries. For rechargeable batteries, charge and discharge them completely at least once before first use.

How to reset the ID channel?

Press the connection button on the receiver; the green LED will flash. Then press the connection button on the mouse and keyboard within 20 seconds. The LED turns off when the connection is established.

Why do some keyboard keys not work?

The shortcut keys (such as Word, Excel, etc.) require the driver to be installed. Make sure you have installed the driver provided on the CD before using these functions.

Are there interferences with other wireless devices?

This set uses the 27 MHz frequency. If another 27 MHz wireless set is within a range of 10 meters, interference may occur. In that case, try moving the devices or changing the ID channel.

How to use the Magic-Roller wheel?

The Magic-Roller wheel allows you to scroll through web pages and Windows documents. Simply rotate it up or down to navigate.

What to do if the green LED does not light up?

Check that the batteries are correctly installed and not discharged. If the LED remains off, reset the ID channel as described in the FAQ.

Can I use this set with Windows 10?

The manual indicates compatibility with Windows XP/2000/Vista. It may work with later versions, but some shortcut keys might require additional configuration. We recommend checking the manufacturer's website for updated drivers.

Hardware Installation

1. Install two AA batteries each into the mouse and keyboard.
2. Plug in your USB receiver to a USB port of your PC.

Software Installation

1. Place your CD driver in your PC drive for software installation.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the software installation.

Replace Batteries

If the mouse or keyboard does not work properly, then the batteries have lost their charge, so you need to replace them.

Warning: do not mix or use different types of batteries at the same time.

ID Channel Setting

The channel ID is factory preset. The green LED (data transmission indicator) will be lit constantly when the wireless device is in normal operation. In case your wireless devices do not work, reset the ID channel by:

1. Press the connect button on the receiver and the LED will be blinking for connection.
2. Press the connect button on each wireless device within 20 seconds and observe if the LED light on the receiver has gone off. If yes, it means the wireless device is ready for use.

"Warning (Trouble shooting)

1. The wireless desktop set provides 256 ID codes, and it selects the ID # for your wireless devices. You can only set up one wireless desktop at a time. If you have another 27Mhz wireless desktop set within 10 square meters, there may be interference between the wireless devices.
2. Some of keyboard buttons may not work until the driver has been installed. We recommend you install the driver first before you use this product.
3. To re-program other media programs, software installation is required.

Notes on Battery Usage

When you use the battery, carefully read and strictly observe the Safety Instructions and the notes described below:

• Different battery types and surrounding temperatures may affect the battery performance.
• Avoid using batteries in extremely cold environments as low temperatures can shorten the battery life and reduce wireless device performance.
  If you are using a new rechargeable battery or rechargeable battery that has not been used for an extended period of time (batteries that pass the expiry date are exceptions) it might affect the period of time you can use this device. Therefore, to maximize their performance and lifetime, we recommend that you fully charge the batteries and discharge them for at least one complete cycle before use.
  The battery may feel warm when using the wireless device for an extended period of time. This is normal and not a malfunction.
  The wireless device may feel warm when being used continuously or for an extended period of time. This is normal and not a malfunction.
  If you will not be using the batteries for an extended period of time, remove them from the wireless device to prevent leakage or corrosion.
