Comment remplacer la cartouche de toner sur le Bizhub C20P ?

Ouvrez le capot avant, retirez la cartouche usagée en la tirant vers vous, insérez la nouvelle cartouche en alignant les guides, puis refermez le capot. L'imprimante reconnaît automatiquement la nouvelle cartouche.

Que faire en cas de bourrage papier fréquent ?

Vérifiez que le papier est bien inséré et qu'il n'est pas froissé. Ouvrez le couvercle anti-bourrage et retirez délicatement les feuilles coincées. Assurez-vous que les guides papier sont ajustés correctement. Si le problème persiste, nettoyez les rouleaux d'entraînement.

Comment installer les pilotes d'impression sous Windows ?

Téléchargez le pilote depuis le site Konica Minolta ou utilisez le CD fourni. Exécutez le programme d'installation, sélectionnez le type de connexion (USB ou réseau) et suivez les instructions à l'écran.

Comment configurer l'impression sécurisée (Secure Print) ?

Activez l'impression sécurisée dans les propriétés de l'imprimante. Saisissez un code PIN dans le pilote. Lors de l'impression, le document est mis en attente. Sur l'imprimante, allez dans le menu d'impression sécurisée et entrez le code pour libérer le travail.

Quel est le grammage maximal supporté par l'imprimante ?

Le grammage maximal est de 210 g/m² via le bac multifonction. Pour le bac standard, utilisez du papier de 60 à 90 g/m² pour une impression recto-verso automatique.

Comment nettoyer le scanner ou les vitres de l'imprimante ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux légèrement humide (eau distillée) pour nettoyer la vitre du scanner. N'utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs ou de solvants. Pour les rouleaux, utilisez une lingette non pelucheuse.

Mon imprimante n'imprime pas en couleur, que vérifier ?

Vérifiez que les cartouches de toner couleur ne sont pas vides. Dans le pilote, assurez-vous que le mode couleur est sélectionné. Consultez l'état de l'imprimante via PageScope pour voir les niveaux de toner.

Comment ajouter un bac inférieur supplémentaire ?

Le bac inférieur optionnel (capacité 500 feuilles) s'installe sous l'imprimante. Éteignez l'appareil, placez le bac sur une surface stable, positionnez l'imprimante dessus et allumez-la. Le bac sera automatiquement reconnu.

Comment réduire la consommation électrique en veille ?

Utilisez le mode économie d'énergie dans le menu des paramètres système. Vous pouvez programmer l'arrêt automatique après une période d'inactivité. L'imprimante consomme environ 140 W en veille et peut passer en mode sommeil.

Equipped with Kona Minolta's latest Emperor™ controller technology, the bizhub C20P features a 500 MHz page-processor plus standard 256 MB RAM. The Emperor™ system ensures compatibility with PostScript 3 and PCL 6 and enables seamless integration into virtually any network. Native support of XPS, Microsoft Vista's XML paper specification, is also provided². With Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed USB 2.0 support connecting the bizhub C20P is straightforward and efficient.
Thanks to the advanced capabilities of Dimitri® HD, Konica Minolta's high definition polymerised toner, thebizhub C20P delivers better-than-average print quality and high durability. A unique edge enhancement process sharpens the contours of text and graphics – the result is a crisp and clear printed image, whether in colour or b/w.
Its versatile media handling capabilities make thebizhub C20P a true professional when it comes to creating high-impact presentations, convincing reports, comprehensive manuals, business cards and more. Its standard 250-sheet paper tray is enhanced with a flexible 100-sheet multi-purpose tray via which up to 210 gsm paper can be fed. Where required, an optional lower paper feeder can increase the overall paper capacity to generous 850 pages.
Access limitation and volume tracking ensure transparency of use and facilitate cost control. Colour printing for example can be limited to certain users, which can help keep print costs in check¹. Secure printing is also available², enabling users to delay printing by first setting a password on their computer, which they then need to enter in the printer display to release their job. Full confidentiality is thus guaranteed.
