Highly Precise for Industrial Inspection

A high degree of automation makes the Leica IsoPro™ cross-stage perfect for industrial applications; for example, wafer inspection in the semiconductor industry. Combining the LAS MultiStep software module with the microscope system provides the perfect solution for precise, automated inspection. With an accuracy of 2 m , wafers can be positioned under the microscope and photographed with no manual involvement, resulting in less room for error.

Comfort and Convenience for Routine Research

The Leica IsoPro™ cross-stage features SlideOn™ technology to provide a relaxed, comfortable working environment so users can attain complete concentration for routine research. Working with specimens in 96 well plates, for example, is one application that benefits from this technology.
