Comment utiliser le destructeur Fellowes C-220i ?

Branchez l'appareil et mettez l'interrupteur de déconnexion sur ON (I). Appuyez sur le bouton ON pour activer. Introduisez le papier droit dans l'entrée papier et relâchez. Pour un CD, tenez-le par le bord et insérez-le dans l'entrée CD. Une fois terminé, mettez sur OFF ou laissez en mode veille.

Que faire en cas de bourrage papier ?

Le système anti-bourrage élimine les bourrages en empêchant les surcharges et en traversant les papiers mal insérés. Si un bourrage persiste, passez en mode Reverse (I< I) pour retirer le papier.

Comment fonctionne la technologie SafeSense ?

La technologie SafeSense arrête immédiatement le destructeur si vos mains sont trop près de l'entrée papier. Pour vérifier son bon fonctionnement, touchez la zone de test ; le voyant jaune SafeSense s'allume si tout est normal.

Comment huiler le destructeur Fellowes C-220Ci ?

Le modèle C-220Ci dispose d'un système Auto Oil automatique. Remplissez le réservoir avec 12 oz d'huile pour destructeur (Fellowes #35250). Pour tester, appuyez simultanément sur les boutons Auto et Forward. L'huile doit pulvériser par les buses.

Comment nettoyer les capteurs de détection du papier ?

Les capteurs sont situés au centre de l'entrée papier. Si le moteur tourne sans papier, les capteurs sont peut-être obstrués par la poussière. Utilisez un cycle de nettoyage automatique : le destructeur avance et recule pendant 3 à 6 secondes. Sinon, nettoyez délicatement avec un chiffon sec.

Quels matériaux ne pas détruire ?

N'insérez pas d'étiquettes adhésives, papier continu, transparents, journaux, carton, trombones larges, plastifiés, classeurs, radiographies ou plastiques non mentionnés. Les agrafes et petits trombones sont acceptés.

WARNING: IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS — Read Before Using!

• Keep away from children and pets. Keep hands away from paper entry. Always set to off or unplug when not in use.
• Keep foreign objects - gloves, jewelry, clothing, hair, etc. away from shredder openings. If object enters top opening, switch to Reverse (I< I) to back out object.
• Never use aerosol products, petroleum based lubricants or other flammable products on or near shredder. Do not use canned air on shredder.

• Do not use if damaged or defective. Do not disassemble shredder. Do not place near or over heat source or water.

• This shredder has a Disconnect Power Switch (I) that must be in the ON (I) position to operate shredder. In case of emergency, move switch to OFF (O) position. This action will stop shredder immediately.

• Avoid touching exposed cutting blades under shredder head.
• Keep finger away from CD hole when shredding.
• Do not put foreign objects in paper entry.
• The grounded socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS TROUBLESHOOTING

• Though paper detection sensors are designed to be maintenance free, the sensors occasionally become blocked by paper dust, causing the motor to run even if there is no paper present. Both sensors are located in the center of the paper entry.
• Self Cleaning Cycle: Shredder periodically cycles in forward and reverse lasting 3-6 seconds
• Empty wastebasket when bin full indicator lights up.
• Shredder won't run if the door is open, or bin needs to be emptied.
• Maintenance is an important part of protecting your investment. Don't forget our oil (35250) and shredder bags (36054).
