Comment installer le ruban sur l'imprimante OKI ML5520ECO ?

Ouvrez le capot avant. Retirez l'ancien ruban. Insérez le nouveau ruban (réf. 01126301) en suivant le chemin indiqué. Tournez la molette pour tendre le ruban, puis refermez le capot. Utilisez uniquement des consommables d'origine OKI.

Quel type de papier puis-je utiliser avec la ML5520ECO ?

L'imprimante accepte du papier continu de 76 à 254 mm de largeur. Elle peut imprimer sur des formulaires multiparties (original + 5 copies). Utilisez du papier de qualité, adapté aux imprimantes matricielles.

Comment résoudre un bourrage papier ?

Éteignez l'imprimante. Ouvrez le capot et retirez délicatement le papier coincé. Vérifiez que le papier est correctement aligné sur les tracteurs. Réinitialisez l'imprimante en la rallumant. Évitez les bourrages en utilisant du papier en bon état.

L'imprimante ne répond plus, que faire ?

Vérifiez les connexions d'alimentation et le câble USB/parallèle. Assurez-vous que le pilote est correctement installé. Consultez le panneau de contrôle pour les voyants d'erreur. Un redémarrage peut résoudre le problème.
