Comment installer le ruban encreur sur l'imprimante ML3321ECO ?

Ouvrez le capot avant, retirez l'ancien ruban en le dégageant des guides. Insérez le nouveau ruban (réf. 09002303) en suivant les flèches. Assurez-vous qu'il est bien tendu et refermez le capot. Utilisez uniquement des rubans d'origine OKI pour éviter d'endommager la tête d'impression.

Quel type de papier puis-je utiliser avec cette imprimante ?

Le ML3321ECO accepte du papier continu de 76 à 406 mm de large, des feuilles à feuilles, des enveloppes (241 x 105 mm) et des formulaires multiparties jusqu'à original + 4 copies. Utilisez l'alimentation par le bas pour les enveloppes.

Comment activer le mode silencieux ?

Le mode silencieux réduit le bruit de 57 dB(A) à 52 dB(A). Il peut être activé via le panneau de commande ou le logiciel. Consultez la section 'Quiet Mode' du manuel pour les instructions détaillées.

Que faire si l'imprimante n'imprime pas correctement ?

Vérifiez d'abord le ruban encreur : s'il est usé, remplacez-le. Assurez-vous que le papier est correctement chargé et que le type de papier sélectionné correspond. Vérifiez les connexions (USB ou parallèle) et les pilotes. Un test d'impression peut être lancé depuis le panneau.
