Comment installer mon point d'accès Cambium Networks ?

Fixez l'appareil sur un poteau ou mur à l'aide du kit de montage fourni. Branchez le câble Ethernet sur le port PoE et connectez l'injecteur PoE à votre réseau. Allumez l'injecteur. L'appareil démarrera automatiquement.

Comment configurer l'appareil pour la première fois ?

Utilisez le logiciel cnMaestro ou l'interface web en accédant à l'adresse IP par défaut (192.168.1.1). Connectez-vous avec les identifiants par défaut (admin/admin) et suivez l'assistant de configuration.

Quel est le mot de passe par défaut ?

Le nom d'utilisateur par défaut est admin et le mot de passe par défaut est admin (à modifier impérativement lors de la première connexion).

Comment réinitialiser l'appareil aux paramètres d'usine ?

Maintenez le bouton Reset enfoncé pendant 10 secondes à l'aide d'un trombone. Les voyants clignoteront et l'appareil redémarrera avec les paramètres par défaut.

Puis-je utiliser cet appareil en intérieur ?

Oui, il peut être utilisé en intérieur mais il est conçu pour une utilisation extérieure avec un indice IP67. En intérieur, assurez-vous d'une bonne ventilation.

Comment mettre à jour le firmware ?

Téléchargez le dernier firmware depuis le site de Cambium Networks. Dans l'interface web, allez dans Administration > Mise à jour du firmware, sélectionnez le fichier et cliquez sur Mettre à jour. Ne coupez pas l'alimentation pendant la mise à jour.

Que faire si je ne parviens pas à accéder à l'interface web ?

Vérifiez que votre ordinateur est sur le même sous-réseau (adresse IP en 192.168.1.x). Désactivez le pare-feu temporairement. Si le problème persiste, effectuez une réinitialisation d'usine.

Comment sécuriser mon réseau Wi-Fi ?

Activez le cryptage WPA3 (ou WPA2 si vos clients ne le supportent pas). Définissez un mot de passe fort (au moins 12 caractères, mélange de lettres, chiffres et symboles). Désactivez le WPS si possible.

Quels sont les voyants lumineux et que signifient-ils ?

Le voyant Power (vert) indique l'alimentation. Le voyant LAN (vert clignotant) indique l'activité réseau. Le voyant WLAN (vert) indique que le Wi-Fi est actif. Consultez le manuel pour les codes de clignotement détaillés.

Comment étendre la couverture Wi-Fi avec plusieurs points d'accès ?

Configurez chaque point d'accès en mode mesh ou via le contrôleur cnMaestro. Placez-les à distance de visibilité si possible. Utilisez le même SSID et mot de passe pour une transition transparente.

cnMaestro™ Quick Start Guide

Quickly connect and configure Cambium Access Points (AP) on cnMaestro.

Note: Account creation is required only for first time users. You can skip to Step 2 if your account already exists. To add another device to the same WLAN, skip to Step 3.

Getting Started

1. Creating a cnMaestro Account:

a. Open https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com and create an account by clicking Register.
b. Once registered, Sign in with your credentials at https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com.
c. Create a Cambium ID; choose Account Type NMS and Account View Enterprise.

2. Creating a WLAN and AP Group:

a. From your cnMaestro Dashboard, click Wi-Fi Profiles -> WLANs -> New.
b. Choose your preferred SSID and Security (recommended: WPA2 Enterprise) and other required details, then click Save.
Your WLAN is created successfully.
c. From your cnMaestro Dashboard, click Wi-Fi Profiles 1 -> AP Groups -> New.
d. On the Basic Tab, Enter AP Group Name (example: Shop Floor Indoor).
e. On the Basic Tab, click Add WLAN. Choose the WLAN created in step 2.b, then click Add.
f. Navigate to the Management Tab and create an Admin Password, then click Save.
Your AP Group is created successfully.

3. Onboarding Your Device:

a. Unpack and power on your Access Point.
b. To connect the AP to your network, plug in a LAN cable with an active internet connection to Ethernet port.
c. From the cnMaestro Home Navigation Menu, click Onboard -> Claim Device -> Enter MSN (Serial Number of Device).

d. Once the device has been claimed, click the Edit icon next to the device to configure.

e. From the Configure tab, select the AP group created in Step 2 and click Save.

f. Click the Approve icon next to the newly added AP.

Congratulations, you have successfully set up your device. You can now go to the Main Dashboard to start monitoring your device!
