You can change the name of your Wi-Fi network (SSID) from the web interface of the GWN7664E. Here are the steps:

1. Access the configuration interface

You have two options:

Via MAC address: Enter in your browser https://gwn_[MAC address].local. The MAC address is located on the label stuck under your device. For example: https://gwn_c074ad-8b4e28.local
Via GWNDiscoveryTool: Download the tool from the Grandstream website, run a network scan to discover your access point, then click on "Manage Device"

2. Log in

Use the default credentials:

Username: admin
Password: the initial password found on the MAC label of your device

3. Change the SSID

In the web interface, go to the wireless configuration section (Wireless Configuration or Wireless Settings) and replace the default SSID (which looks like "GWN[last 6 digits of the MAC address]") with the network name you want.

4. Save the changes

Click the "Save" or "Apply" button. Your new network name will be broadcasted and visible when searching for available networks.

Once changed, connect to your network using the new name instead of the default SSID "GWN".
